Welcome to your visualization meditation.
It has been designed to work with your wellness goals,
To empower your thoughts,
Feelings,
And intention to create a life you love.
Close your eyes and open into the world inside.
Place your awareness on your breath and enjoy each inhale and each exhale.
Now breathe deeply into the center of your heart and exhale slowly as you observe the quality of your feelings.
Reflect on your wellness goals and notice your desire to commit to yourself at this time.
Breathe deeply into your belly,
Sensing your belly rise and fall with each breath.
Notice the sensations here as you reflect on why you are committing to this now and what you are ready to let go of.
Take a few deep breaths and release any thoughts,
Feelings,
Beliefs that no longer serve you with each inhale and exhale.
Bring your awareness up to your mind's eye,
The space between and above your eyes.
Imagine a light in the center of your mind growing brighter with each breath.
As you do,
Imagine your future self shining.
Imagine waking up to a perfect day one year from now,
Feeling healthy and feeling strong.
Notice how good it feels to reach your goal and observe this with as much detail as possible.
Notice what you are doing,
Seeing,
Hearing,
Smelling,
And tasting.
Notice who you are with,
Where you are,
And what else you are able to achieve as you expand these feelings and sensations even more with each breath.
In a moment we are going to come back to the session,
But first,
Take this opportunity to absorb it all into every cell of your being,
Imagining each cell lighting up with possibility and potential,
Noticing how good this feels and what else is stirring within you.
What part of you feels free?
And who are you becoming?
Remember these feelings.
Write them down.
They are the fire you will need to keep you going on your journey.
Now take one more deep breath to remind yourself that you've got this.
