Hello people,

Welcome to this guided meditation.

Soon we are going to go on a deep adventure to the cabin of safety.

This meditation is for your safety at this time in your life.

Maybe you are not feeling safe and secure in life,

With your emotions or your inner world in a state of tension.

Your tension will be relieved shortly.

For now,

Close your eyes,

If you already haven't,

And come into the inner world,

Relax,

Relax,

Relax.

Becoming aware of how you are right now,

Just know that I am with you here in this moment.

We are going to take a big deep breath in,

And then breathing out,

Relaxing the system down.

Now let's visualize ourselves walking in a big blizzard.

There is snow everywhere,

And the wind blows the snowflakes with such intensity.

You are safe in a snowsuit,

Wrapped up.

The blizzard is chaotic,

It blows every way,

Blowing trees and shrubs.

You are walking through a large forest,

Looking for some shelter.

The blizzard reminds you of your own mind sometimes,

Constantly on the go,

Blowing in this direction and the opposite direction,

Not giving you a break.

As you walk onwards,

Trotting through the snow,

You notice a strong wooden cabin near you.

As you approach,

Your heart lightens and warms.

You open the door of the cabin,

And a fresh smell of cinnamon hits you.

You look around the cabin and notice how clean and warm it is.

A fire lights at the end beside a beautiful golden chair.

You walk into the cabin,

Close the door on the chaotic blizzard,

And take off your snowsuit.

Wow,

You are so warm and happy now.

You approach the fire and the golden chair and sit down.

The fire crackles beside you as you feel the comfort of the chair.

When you are inside the cabin,

You feel like you are inside your own heart,

Safe and well.

As you hear the howling blizzard outside,

You are completely safe in the cabin.

Rest in this safeness,

Rest in this comfort.

The golden chair that you are sitting on then produces a beautiful golden energy above your head.

This is the safest energy in existence.

It begins to cover your head,

Going down past your eyes,

The back of your head,

Past the nose,

Mouth and jaw.

This is a very soothing feeling on your skin and even relaxes your brain and deep muscles.

The energy goes down your neck,

Covering your shoulders,

Chest,

Upper arms.

It moves down your abdomen and your spine,

Right to your hips,

Relaxing everything it covers.

Yes,

What a feeling.

It then proceeds to cover your legs,

Both upper and lower,

And finally covers your feet.

Your whole body is covered in this golden safe energy.

Your muscles give in,

Your bones give in,

Your tendons and ligaments give in.

All of the cells in your body give in.

Such safety,

Such acceptance.

Rest here.

As this golden energy continues to cover you,

You notice a golden box in the corner of the cabin.

You're very curious.

You approach the box.

Whatever you see in the box will be a gift you can take home with you.

It will keep you safe and secure.

Whatever comes to your mind first when you think of security and safety is in the box.

You open the box and reveal your safe gift.

You take the gift and walk back to the fire.

The gift and the golden energy will always be with you,

Even after this meditation has ended.

Just sit with your gift and the energy for now.

Then we will come back to our bodies fully safe and secure.

Whatever happened for you in this meditation is your personal and private experience.

Just waking ourselves back up,

Moving our bodies and then opening our eyes.

You are safe my friend.
