Hello everyone,

Welcome to this meditation,

A meditation to help you realise that you are not your body.

This realisation can help to heal and ease pain,

Help to detach from the physical body and to reduce psychological suffering.

So just calm down into this very moment,

We are just going to go easy on ourselves for now,

Creating a little space for ourselves,

A safe and supportive space.

Placing any responsibilities that you have outside of this meditation by the side,

Work,

Relationships,

Friendships,

They will be there when you are finished.

Imagine now with each breath,

This present moment gets clearer and clearer,

Safer and safer.

With each inhale,

Clarity is increased.

With each exhale,

Confusion goes out of your system.

With each inhale,

You are becoming more present.

With each exhale,

You are exhaling out the past,

You are exhaling out the future.

Breathing in full presence.

No past moment matters right now.

No future moments matter right now.

Now,

Bring your attention to the physical body.

Notice what's going on here for you today,

The physical sensations of this present moment,

The comfort within the body,

The neutrality within the body,

The discomfort within the body,

The energy within the body.

Notice what's going on here for you.

Notice its changes and how they happen naturally.

Its clicks and ticks,

Its light sensation here and there,

Even noticing any temperature of any particular part of the body or any temperature changes,

Constantly regulating itself,

Balancing itself.

You are not the body.

Sink into this sentence.

You are not the body.

You can sense it before you with your sensitive ways.

You can feel it.

You can sense it changing,

Growing,

Shrinking,

Its inner subtleties moving around,

But you are much deeper than the body,

Beyond it.

Can you feel this?

Can you feel this beyond?

This is not an analytical question.

Feel this question.

Can you feel this beyond?

Be here knowing that you are not the body.

Notice whatever is going on in this safe present moment with distance from it.

You are not it.

The body is a great tool for you,

Allowing you to experience physicality,

Even learning deep spiritual lessons from it.

You will naturally look after it when you appreciate this.

Such a fantastic system.

When we learn to stop controlling the body as much,

There's less resistance,

Less conflict,

Less wear and tear.

Letting go and allowing things to happen.

The very thing that you're holding onto is not you.

Allow it to be,

Let go and be free.

Melt into the deepness of who you are,

Melting,

Melting,

Melting.

Your body has a time limit.

You do not.

You are limitless.

You cannot be boxed or classified.

Your body is finite.

You are not.

You are infinite,

Beyond time.

Feel this.

Not analyzing a single thing,

Melting into your eternal self,

Using your great intuitive sense.

You are one with the existence beneath it all.

Now as this meditation comes to an end,

You can stay here for as long as you wish,

Even opening your eyes and still staying within the deepness,

Or you can just come back,

Moving and stretching around.

You are already awake,

So no need to wake back up.

When you're ready,

Opening your eyes and remembering from experience that you are not your body.
