Hello people,

Welcome to this meditation on embracing relaxation by the fireplace.

Just gently closing your eyes for now,

Coming into this meditation.

Getting easy on yourself for the next few moments,

These moments are for you to release,

To unwind,

To let go,

To embrace relaxation.

Relaxation bringing yourself into a cozy environment,

An environment full of warmness,

Full of tranquility,

Full of positivity.

This is the fireplace,

The fireplace of relaxation.

Notice the fire crackling,

Popping,

This is the perfect temperature.

You are in and out of the cold,

Nice and cozy,

Nice and comfortable.

The nature of the fire brings a certain level of comfort,

A certain level of relaxation to your system.

The crackling and popping,

Dropping your worries into the fire.

Your worries about the outside world don't matter here.

The fire burns them all away,

Relaxing you and soothing you in the process.

Drifting into the surface you are on right now,

Sinking your body right in,

Your legs,

Back,

Head,

All drop into the surface,

Getting comfortable,

Letting them hang.

Letting them go limp,

Allowing a sense of relaxation and peace to overcome you.

The fire just burns and provides the warmness that you need,

Reducing stress,

Promoting healing,

Increasing relaxation.

Embrace this,

Letting everything go.

The fire gives you everything you need and burns away everything you do not need,

Providing a perfect environment for your highest and greatest good,

Release to the fire.

You are away from everything,

There's nothing you need to do right now,

Nothing you need to achieve,

Nothing you need to plan,

Nothing you need to analyze.

The fire provides everything you need right here in this moment,

There's nothing else you can possibly need.

Embrace the relaxation offered,

Embrace the crackling and the popping,

Embrace the warmness you feel all over your body,

Embrace the comfort,

Offering whatever does not serve you to the fire,

It will gladly take it away to another place,

Transforming it.

Embrace these last couple of moments by the fire before this meditation comes to an end.

Now as this meditation comes to an end,

Stretching your body by the fireplace,

Releasing any final tension that you may have been holding,

Waking yourself back up to the world,

Coming back to the world feeling cleansed and relaxed,

Opening your eyes.
