Les 1
Exploring Energetic Contracts
This introductory lesson defines quantum energetic contracts and how they impact our life path. We explore the quantum layer of our energy body, its importance, and why working on this level of our energy body is helpful for healing and personal growth.
Les 2
Sources Of Energetic Contracts
In this lesson, we'll learn about the different sources our limiting contracts can come from, and we'll explore how we experience these contracts in our day to day lives. We'll look at examples of limiting contracts and how they limit our choices and actions.
Les 3
Identifying Contracts Self-Reflection Exercise
In this lesson, we'll be doing a writing and self-reflection exercise that will help identify a limiting contract and how it might be creating challenge, conflict, or difficulty. This exercise is meant to help you gain a greater understanding of yourself and relationship dynamics so that you can begin the work of creating change.
Les 4
Requirements For Healing
Now that we've identified a limiting contract you might be impacted by, we'll explore the different requirements we have to meet in order to release this contract energetically and why the answers to your questions hold importance.
Les 5
Clearing Energetic Contracts Visualization Exercise
In this lesson, we'll take a contract that we've identified in previous lessons and work through a meditative visualization practice with the support of our higher power to release and transform the limiting agreements that are impacting us and bring in aligned quantum templates that reflect our most authentic self expression.
Les 6
Creating Master Contracts Exercise
In this lesson, we will explore a second approach we can take to working with energetic contracts. We'll create a master contract that reflects what we would like to experience in life, and work through a quantum energy healing practice to apply this master contract to your energy body and ignite a healing release.
Les 7
Integration
In this final lesson, we'll learn when it's appropriate to use each practice we've learned in this course. We'll also explore what we might experience after doing either of these practices and how we can navigate any changes.
