Hello beautiful souls.

I'm Energy Intuitive and teacher Marie Blythe and I am so happy to have you here today.

In my work I use my intuitive gifts to bring insight,

Higher wisdom,

And healing to life challenges,

Changes,

And limitations that dedicated spiritual seekers and self healers like yourself might be experiencing.

And in the talks here I share some of the lessons that I've learned from my spirit guides over the years that have helped me on my own healing journey with the hope of helping you connect more deeply with your own inner truth.

Now one of these topics that has been really important and something that I've learned a lot from my guides about is this idea of manifestation and often the concepts that were taught about how to manifest.

This idea that we're supposed to set an intention and align our thoughts and emotions with that intention and then our life will manifest in the way that we desire.

That always was a struggle for me.

I was always very challenged in making that happen for myself and no matter how strong my intention was,

How much I willed something to happen,

And how much I tried to repeat positive thoughts and align my emotions with my intentions,

The things that I was intending to happen to my life often didn't.

And I was often finding this was the case for a lot of people that I was connected to in my life as well.

So this is what encouraged me to start working with my guides to learn more deeply about manifestation,

The law of attraction,

How intention creates different experiences in our life,

And to learn some deeper lessons about this.

So I wanted to share with you the things that I've learned over the years that have really helped me understand manifestation better and have helped me not beat myself up so much when life doesn't turn out the way that I've intended it to or that I'm not able to manifest the things that I'm desiring in the timing or in the way that I'm wanting to.

So the first thing that's important to understand here,

And this was one of the most critical lessons that I've learned from my guides,

Is that we manifest and attract our life experiences through all of the energies contained in our being.

And there are so many energies that we have in our being besides our thoughts and emotions.

And while our thoughts and emotions are very important,

What we're consciously thinking and the conscious emotions that we try to create,

Those are a very small percentage of the energies that we contain in our being.

And so if we're attracting life experiences,

We're going to primarily be attracting experiences through the energies that we're not aware of,

Or the repressed emotional energy from our past,

Trauma energies that we've repressed from our past or that we haven't learned to heal yet,

Thoughts that we're not really paying attention to or that we're not aware that we're having,

And different templates that we carry in our energy bodies,

Such as limiting belief templates,

Ancestral templates,

Ancestral energies,

Our soul contract,

And all of these other templates,

Contracts and energies that we have as part of our whole being.

So if we want to start manifesting or aligning with our most positive future,

We need to start looking at the unconscious energies that we're carrying with us because there is a positive path for us moving forward.

And there are beautiful,

Wonderful things that were meant to manifest in this life.

And I found that one of the fastest ways to get there and to manifest that beautiful life is to start removing the blocks to that rather than trying to force our way into a certain situation or experience by forcing our thoughts and emotions or forcefully trying to move ourself in a certain direction.

And this brings up another really important topic that my guides have really drilled into me over the years.

And that's that the intentions that we have and the things that we want to manifest for ourselves are frequently not in alignment with our highest good,

Or they're not in alignment with our highest path for a variety of reasons.

Sometimes it's our ego that's setting the intention,

Our ego that wants to manifest that new car or a million dollars or the big beautiful house in a certain neighborhood.

And maybe that isn't the best path for us.

Maybe there's a reason,

A higher reason that we're supposed to have a different experience.

Now,

This doesn't mean that our different experience is going to be negative.

But it does mean that if we're trying to put all of our energy and our conscious efforts into creating something that isn't right for us,

That's not really supposed to be part of our path,

Or that's not in the right timing for us,

We're actually wasting a lot of energy on trying to create a reality that was never meant to exist for us.

When we could be spending that energy clearing different blocks that we have to a better future.

So what I would encourage you to do if you're looking to manifest something in your life is to really get honest with yourself about why you're wanting to manifest that thing.

Is it because it's aligned with your most positive,

Uplifting future with your soul path with your soul purpose?

Or could it be that you're wanting to feel better in certain ways and you think that a certain experience is what will make you feel better?

It's really important to look at how we think the things that we want to manifest will make us feel and then look at why we aren't feeling that way in our current experience.

What is it about our experience now that is preventing us from feeling the way that we think that we'll feel if we have the thing that we're wanting?

And the answer will be different for each person,

Even if they're wanting the same thing.

So this is a really important exercise that you can do for yourself when you're looking to manifest.

If you think that you want something,

Ask yourself why and what you think that thing will make you feel inside and what it is about your experience that is causing you to not feel that way.

From there,

You can start to work to release and heal different blocks and patterns or limiting beliefs that you have that are preventing you from feeling the ways that you want to feel.

Really,

All of us are just looking to have a good life and to feel good about ourselves,

About our future,

About the experiences that we're having.

And our ego is often what assigns meaning to that,

Is what assigns a specific activity or action or a specific thing that will make us feel the way that we want to feel.

But our soul often has a different plan for us,

And that plan is often way outside of our understanding and way outside of what we can even imagine our future to be.

There are many different experiences,

Some that feel positive and some that feel negative,

That can really be on purpose.

They could be for a specific reason that's very guided to help us learn things that we're here to learn,

To help us grow in certain ways,

And to help us meet certain people that we're needing to meet or develop certain skills that we're needing to develop so that we can go out in the world and offer ourselves and our gifts to those that we come into contact with.

And when we're doing that,

When we're really in alignment with our authentic self,

With our purpose,

With what we came here for,

And we start to shed all of those different blocks that we have to that uplifted feeling,

That's when we stop even wanting to manifest something different because we're just living it.

We stop trying to create something specific for ourselves or a very specific future that we want to see because we're living in flow with life.

And when we're in that flow,

Then no matter what direction it takes us,

We know that we'll be uplifted and fulfilled and in alignment with our purpose.

And this feels really good.

So if you're trying to manifest and it doesn't seem to be working,

Ask yourself if you're trying to force something.

Ask yourself if it's the right timing.

Ask yourself if what you're seeking is really just a feeling state and that you think that the specific thing,

A specific job,

A specific home,

A specific place to live,

A specific person will make you feel that way.

And then consider,

Are there different options?

Are there different experiences that I can have that can bring the same feeling state to me and that can also uplift me or maybe even uplift me more than what the experience that I've planned for myself will be uplifting for me?

And then ask yourself,

What is blocking me from this feeling state?

What limiting beliefs do I have that prevent me from feeling this way in my life now?

What actions can I take to bring that feeling into my life right now that are maybe different from the things I've envisioned?

These are ways that we can start to break down the egoic programming that tells us that we need to manifest and force manifestation and start to live in flow with life and our soul's purpose.

One of the things that many people are trying to manifest when they think of manifestation,

We hear this a lot,

How do I manifest more abundance?

And if we're really honest with ourselves,

When we think of abundance,

We often think of physical things,

Whether that be wealth or a specific home,

A job,

A place to live,

A certain type of life.

And abundance is so much more than that.

Abundance is feeling good inside of yourself.

Abundance is sovereignty and freedom from limitations that have been placed on you by society,

By other people,

By your ancestors or ancestral lineage.

It's freedom from the limiting beliefs and traumas that you've experienced and the wounds that those create within you.

Abundance is seeing the beautiful flow of life in nature and in connection and the people that we have in our lives and the rich experiences that we can have through connection.

Those are all abundance.

Those are all abundant experiences that we can have,

But we can have those exact same experiences and not experience them in abundant ways.

There are many people out there that are very wealthy in their finances that still crave more money or more wealth because they're not fulfilled within.

And what they're truly seeking is that fulfillment or that sense of purpose and connection in their lives.

But they're not aware of that.

So that's where we need to look at the limitations that we place on ourselves of what we think we can manifest or what we think abundance is.

If we can break free of that and start to clear the blocks within ourselves,

Heal ourselves from within,

Then life starts to take shape in ways that will most uplift us and fulfill us.

And spirit and our higher self,

Our soul,

Knows what will do that best for us and the path to get there.

And so we have to do our best to fall into alignment with that path and to heal in the ways that we need to heal.

That's really a beautiful and aligned and very quick way to get to your most aligned,

Balanced place where your life will just manifest itself without much effort,

Without having to force your thoughts.

If you're having to force your thoughts and emotions to align with something and they're not already aligned with it,

Then it means there's something blocking you.

It means there's repressed,

Lower emotions,

Trauma,

Limiting beliefs and other energies that are creating the opposite of what you want to manifest or that are creating the opposite thoughts and emotions that you're really needing to have in order to get where you're wanting to go.

So it's actually a much easier process.

And this is what I've experienced in working with my guides,

Doing my own healing work to release the blocks to positive thoughts and emotions instead of forcing our thoughts and emotions.

When we release the blocks to positive and aligned thoughts and emotions,

They just flow naturally and there's no effort that goes into it and life becomes easeful and free.

So as you move forward and the next time you're trying to manifest something in your life,

I encourage you to think about these different principles and concepts.

Really get honest with yourself and the reasons why you're wanting to manifest certain things in your life and then do your inner work.

Do the work to heal,

To release,

To clear blocks and seek support in that if that's what you're needing.
