Embark on a transformative 10-day journey with "Mindful Mornings". This mindfulness and meditation course empowers you to craft purposeful mornings, enhance mental clarity, and embrace an intentional daily life. Engage in a thoughtfully designed sequence that combines guided meditations, exercises, and journaling prompts, tackling self-discovery from clearing mental clutter to setting achievable goals. Experience the benefits: increased focus, productivity, resilience, and self-confidence. Begin each day mindfully and pave the way for a fulfilling life. Please note: Although we mention using a “journal” if you don’t have one, simply use any paper and pen or even on your smartphone. It is the act of writing thoughts, feelings, and actions down that is powerful no matter where you write them. There are periods of silence in each lesson to enable gathering insights and aid reflection. You will also be asked to pause the tracks at times to write down thoughts, goals, and feelings. Enjoy!

Andrew has training in Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapy, Meditation, Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques. Along with deep experience in EFT (tapping) and coaching, Andrew has spent most of his 30-year career helping people Relax, Change and Create solutions to stress, anxiety, insomnia, and physical/emotional barriers to success.

Day 1: Build Your Perfect Morning
On the first day of our course, we delve into the principles of constructing an effective and personalised morning routine. We explore strategies such as consistent wake-up times, utilising the alarm in a manner that encourages physical movement, and harnessing the power of natural daylight to sync our biological clocks. Through a guided meditation, participants are encouraged to visualise and note down in their journals their ideal morning routine. The day focuses on the realisation that an intentional and consistent morning can lead to improved productivity, mood, and overall well-being.

Day 2: Plant The Seeds Of Your Intentions
On Day 2 of our 'Mindful Mornings' course, we explore the metaphor of a garden to represent our intentions. In this guided meditation, participants visualise themselves planting seeds representing their hopes and goals. This imagery serves as a reminder of the potential inherent in our intentions, and the nurturing they require to manifest into reality.

Day 3: Set Your Intention For The Day
On Day 3, we delve into the art of setting intentions, guided by wisdom from the Upanishads. We learn to draw our life maps through intentions, which serve not as tasks but as guiding principles that influence our actions, attitudes, and responses. Through meditation, we explore the practice of creating intentions post quiet reflection, leading to better alignment with our true desires.

On Day 4 of our 'Mindful Mornings' course, we focus on inviting energy into our daily routine. Through visualisation techniques, we explore methods to increase positive energy, such as listening to uplifting music, body stretching, connecting with nature, and deep breathing.

Day 5 of our 'Mindful Mornings' course invites us to recognise and celebrate our strengths. Through reflection and introspection, we aim to boost self-confidence and pave the way for personal success. A guided meditation assists in this journey of self-discovery, nurturing self-appreciation and empowering self-perception.

On Day 6 of our 'Mindful Mornings' course, we focus on overcoming mental blocks that may be holding us back. By recognising these perceived barriers and transforming them into positive possibilities, we can shift our mindset from 'I can't' to 'perhaps I can', unlocking our potential for growth and success.
