This is not a replacement for therapy, but rather teachings on some powerful tools you can keep in your toolbox to assist you as you progress on your healing journey. By the end of the course, you will have learnt how to find a feeling of safety through meditation by regulating your nervous system. You will learn how to sit with your grief with kindness and self-compassion. We will journey through how to honour your boundaries and address the shame that often accompanies complex trauma.

Finding Safety
In this lesson we will discuss how we can use meditation to create a sense of safety in the nervous system and we will meditate together. This lesson will help you discover how to ground yourself using meditation when feeling anxious or overwhelmed.

Inner Child Journey
In this lesson we will learn how we can meet our younger self using meditation. We will practice how to be with this younger parts of ourselves and how to offer ourselves the love and compassion we needed as a child.

Making Space For Grief
In this lesson we look at grief, and how we can hold our grief, how our grief wants to be seen and heard. We will discuss how grief is a natural part of the human experience and there is nothing wrong with you for grieving. That grief, is in fact, love.

Learning To Honour Your Boundaries
Today's lesson we look at boundaries. Many times we weren't allowed to have boundaries as a child. We look at the innate wisdom of the body, using some somatic touch, to reestablish our body as ours, with our skin as our boundary. We learn boundaries are an act of love for ourself.

You Are Already Enough
Today's lesson looks at the deep rooted shame and unworthiness that often accompanies trauma. We will go on a journey today where you are able to recognise your innate worthiness and hold yourself with deep self-compassion.
