Welcome beautiful souls to these bedtime affirmations for a peaceful and restful sleep.

Get yourself nice and comfortable.

Lie down on your bed.

Enjoy the feeling of your muscles stretching out.

Enjoy the feeling of being in your bed Take a nice deep inhale and exhale and again take a nice deep inhale and release.

Get snuggled down in your bed.

Make any final adjustments that you need to make to get comfortable and let's begin with our bedtime affirmations.
