In this short course you can expect to forgive one person that has caused you pain in your life. It doesn't matter if they are currently in your life or whether this occurred a long time ago. You will be guided to release any pain that you are holding onto, which frees you from the negative emotions you are continuing to hold energetically in your system.

In the first day of this practice, we will identify our baseline for how we are feeling in relation to the person that we want to forgive. It will be helpful to have a pen and paper to note a few things down before you begin.
