What Are The Akashic Records?
On Day 1, we will explore what the Akashic Records are, where they are located, some of the history behind them, and some people who claimed to use the Akashic Records for their work. Since accessing the Akashic Records requires us to open our minds, we will also do a short meditation, focusing on the third eye chakra which governs our psychic abilities, creativity, and intuition.

The 5 Benefits You Can Expect From Accessing Your Akashic Records + Ways You Can Expand Your Practice After This Course
On Day 2, we look at the main benefits you can expect to receive when accessing your Akashic Records for guidance. We also look at a way you can expand your Akashic Record practice beyond this course. A lot of the benefits of accessing this energy are very positive.
Oftentimes, we carry blocks that don't allow us to fully see and experience the positive side of things. With the Akashic Records, these blocks could end up closing us off from receiving the full benefits of accessing your Akashic Records. To remove some of the blocks and more easily invite the positive energy of the Akashic Records into your life, the exercise in this lesson will be an EFT Tapping Meditation, putting us into the energy to more readily receive.

The Chakra System Basics & Which Chakras We Will Use To Access Our Akashic Records
On Day 3, we will go through the basics of the chakra system and discuss the chakras we will be using in order to access the Akashic Records. We will then do an exercise that helps us connect to each chakra point and then access the energy of the Akashic Records for a few moments to see how it feels to be within that energy.

The 4 Clairs Of Intuition & How We Will Use Them When Accessing Our Akashic Records
Day 4 goes into detail on the four clairs of intuition. Clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience, and claircognizance. We all have abilities that center around these four clairs. Some of them may be stronger or weaker for every one of us.
We all usually have one or two clairs that tend to be the strongest. We are going to figure out which of our clairs are strongest so that we can use those to get the best guidance within our akashic records!

Connecting With Your Guidance To Help You Access Your Akashic Records
On Day 5, we are going to be talking all about finding our higher power that guides us. This is because this higher power is going to help us access our Akashic Records and get the guidance from within the Akashic Records that we seek.
I go through different types of guidance/higher power that may or may not resonate with you. We then do a meditation to help you connect with your guidance so that you can call upon this person/being/entity/energy when accessing your akashic records.

Trusting The Messages You Receive From The Akashic Records
Day 6 is going to help you get into the energy of trusting yourself and the messages you receive, not only in your Akashic Records, but in your everyday life. This is very important for every person. We then do an EFT Tapping Meditation that will help us release any negativity we have around trusting ourselves and tap in the positivity around that trust.

Setting Intentions, Asking Questions & Accessing Your Akashic Records For Guidance
On Day 7, we will finally access our Akashic Records and ask for guidance. We will go over setting intentions, how to ask questions, and using all that we have already learned within this course. We will then do a guided meditation where I help you to enter your akashic records for guidance.
