This course will reconnect you with the deep peace already residing within your being, waiting for you to tune in. My intent is for this short but powerful course to be a place of sanctuary, integration, retreat and respite no matter what is going on in your life. We all need those moments of rest and healing, especially with modern life on earth. Switch from efforting to allowing, to relax, to release, to rejuvenate through this specially crafted guidance. This has been inspired by my own navigation of challenging situations and emotions my whole life and especially in the last few years. I have been learning to be more gentle and loving with myself, physically, emotionally, in all ways, with all of my feelings and experiences of this existence. It is there within myself, within my own energies that I have found the most beautiful moments of deep peace, deep silent knowing. Rather than running or hiding from our feelings and experiences, we can sink into the deep peaceful waters within ourselves, and expand to allow everything of this human experience to just be. Though we may stray from this peace, we always return. So it is my wish that this course experience will give you the same feelings of peace, reminding you of your own inner energetic embrace. Sometimes, we find ourselves turning outwards for solutions and distractions, splashing around, all the while there is beautiful wisdom within, a resting point. This ability to connect deeper is all already a part of you, this course will just be a reminder. A place seated within, where all of your feelings and experiences can be held, where they can be soothed, nourished, and later gradually integrated or released. By visiting this deep peaceful point more frequently, we can then respond and react from a more compassionate, patient, and most importantly more peaceful place. Allowing us to assist others more, listen to others more, live our dreams more, feel all feelings more, and live more from our true self, our soul self.

Opening
We begin by tuning into our bodies, softening, and relaxing. Today will be a gentle opening, like a crack of light through a slightly opened door. We allow this peaceful energy to begin to flow, at the perfect, steady pace. We will gently listen and allow, acclimatize, settling into the new yet familiar surroundings within, we reacquaint ourselves.

Flow
Today, we will begin to play with the idea of drifting and floating, of slowing down our reactions and responses, slowing down the energy in our body, and drifting into a peaceful state as though being gently buffeted by water. We flow with the gentle waves, gentle ripples, undisturbed, playful, allowing ourselves to be both observer and participant in this life. Feel your feelings, all feelings are here to be felt. They move through us, like parts of the river.

Embrace
Here, we will feel into allowing ourselves to radically, deeply accept, appreciate, or embrace whatever is going on. We surrender into the neutral space of embrace. Once we let go and flow more with the current, with the waves we free ourselves up, we lighten the load. There is an energetic alchemy that happens when we do this. It allows the sun to come through the clouds a little more each time. Tune into the energy beneath the layers of words, especially during this session.

Compassion
In this session, we cultivate compassion for ourselves and others. Be gentle with your feelings, with the ripples of emotions that rise up. We offer kindness to the parts of ourselves we are struggling with, even nameless or faceless sensations of discomfort. We simply, gently, hold them without needing to fix or change anything, only offering love and energy of listening, of care. When we can be more patient with ourselves, we can develop more trust with our own energies, our own feelings and each state of being we move through. The more true kindness we have with ourselves, the more our hearts connect with the hearts of others. And the more ease and peace we find.

Peace
We complete our journey immersed in peace. The space of beingness that can allow ourselves to simply exist, to rest. We open up a space for patience to exist, within ourselves, no matter what. This peaceful patience acts almost like a sanctuary, an old friend, a sacred place within. We bestow upon ourselves this silent love and gentle awareness. Like a soft rain falling upon our skin, we gently sense and observe ourselves, our body, our feelings, our energies, we move more slowly, there is no rush.
