This four-part course is designed to tune you like a beautiful instrument back to your unique frequency. Through energy work and intention we will move through four practices. We begin by journeying home to ourselves and exploring the unique essence that makes you so wonderful, followed by an aura cleansing practice to settle ourselves, we journey to the heavenly heart to deepen our true sense of love, and we end by grounding into the earth spirit flowing through us, inspired by the steady support of ancient trees. This journey is intended to be especially nourishing for those of us who identify as sensitives, or empaths allowing the steady beauty of these gifts to shine and harmonize.
