Do you feel like you can’t stop your mind from racing? If so, you may be speeding by moments of flow. In this session you’ll learn what it feels like to be in flow and how to how to recognize moments when you feel fully alive.

In flow your experiences go from black and white to high definition. Your senses light up and your experience becomes crisp and clear. In this session you will learn how to tune into the richness of high definition moments where you wake you up to the vividness of the world around and within you.

Stable Body. Stable Mind
Learn to be stable and steady in a world that is speedy and noisy and you will consistently feel more balanced and cheerful. In this session you’ll learn how stabilizing your nervous system is the quickest way to settle your busy thinking mind and shift you into coherence and flow.

Feet Planted. Eyes Steady
One of the quickest ways to get out of your head and back into flow is to shift your attention into your body. In this session you’ll learn a strategy called Feet Planted. Eyes Steady. Discover how to redirect attention from your busy thinking mind into the present moment and feel more stable, calm and clear.

In Sync Or Out Of Sync
Once you know what it feels like to be in flow, you become more aware when you are not in flow. In this session you’ll learn a strategy to help you notice moments when your body and mind are synchronized and coherent and when you feel off-balance, out of sorts or unfocused.

Distracted Or Directed?
Thinking isn’t a bad thing; it’s just that we’re preoccupied and often obsessed with it. When you’re distracted your mind is in a weakened state. When your attention is directed, you’re in flow. In this session you’ll learn a simple strategy to shift you from thinking to experiencing, from frazzled to flow in a few breaths.

Building Fierce Focus
Champions are crowned because of their ability to sustain focus in key moments, whether on a sports field, in a boardroom, or at a recording studio. Flow demands you focus on a single action at a time. In this session you’ll learn how to sustain flow with a mental strength strategy to build your capacity to pay attention.

Take A Power Pause
The power of pausing is well researched. Not only will taking a break refresh you for hours, it will also help you perform best and be more productive. In this session you’ll learn how making time for outer and inner silence will settle your nervous system and calm your mind eliciting high definition flow moments.

Feel The Rhythm
Rhythm is everywhere. Start tuning in to how rhythm makes you feel. In this session you’ll learn how tuning into rhythm is an easy way to settle your busy mind and how finding a steady beat has the potential to get us out of our mind, into our body and into flow.

Dare To Trust
Your body is processing millions of bits of information every second. You can’t possibly be conscious of them all. This final session is a call-to-action to trust flow by thinking less and experiencing more. Dare to trust flow by giving yourself over to not knowing and not needing to know and you will not only feel fully alive, you will thrive.
