This particular place or action fuels you up and makes you feel bright.
Now bring this experience to your mind.
Try to mentally recreate this experience with as much detail as possible.
Resting in the quiet space of this particular view,
Allow your body and mind to absorb the moment.
Notice how your body and mind feel in this moment.
With this view in mind,
Notice how you feel right here and right now.
In this place or with this action,
How does your body feel?
How do your muscles feel?
Are you smiling,
Intensely focused,
Or peaceful and at ease?
Place your full attention on recreating this place or action.
What do you see?
What do you smell?
What do you hear or taste?
What does feeling energized,
Awake,
Alert,
And fully alive feel like?
Take note of any shift in perspective you feel.
Remembering the view interrupts your tendency to get caught in drama and distraction and strengthens your connection to being bright and fully alive.
