Gratitude Morning Practice
This lesson gives you the opportunity to connect your awareness into the energy of gratitude and explains why and how it works with the cosmos in realizing your dreams.
We discuss: what is gratitude - energy flows where attention goes - cognitive bias - reframing your perception and micro-to-macro gratitude.
Towards the end of the lesson is our morning gratitude of the heart practice for the start of the day. Perhaps practice this when you wake up or at the start of your day, to set your day with the energy of gratitude.

In this lesson, Lorraine presents why practicing gratitude at the end of the day can have a profound effect on your intentions and ability to manifest abundance. In this recording, she'll explain: the alpha state of meditation - processing and pruning and the effect of gratitude as an energy shower
It will be followed by a short evening/end-of-day gratitude practice.

Releasing The Energy Blocks Visualization
In this lesson, Lorraine guides you to explore energy awareness of blocks to abundance. She'll explain what energy blocks are and why they occur. She'll guide you to understand how visualization can bring internal changes that reflect on the outside to help physical creations
This is followed by a visualization meditation to balance and clear the internal 'world' of thoughts and feelings so that you open up to receive the abundance you wish to manifest.

Using Sound To Manifest
In this final lesson, Lorraine explains how sacred chants/mantras can be a useful energy tool to release blocks. She includes a short description of how sound is used in medical practices, the power of a sound bath and the work of Dr Emoto who studied the effect of sound on water molecules (as the water is up to 70% water, this demonstrates the influence of sound on the physical body).
She explains the use of a particular change - the Ganesh Mantra (commonly repeated 108 times) "Om Gan Ganpataye Namaha". This is said to be the chant that is a remover of obstacles and Lorraine will share a personal story that demonstrates this.
There is an opportunity to meditate while listening/chanting the mantra to experience its effects.

Sustaining Your Abundance Flow
A short explanation of how you can continue beyond the 21 days and how/when to bring in the grounding or mantra practice into your regular meditation practice. This will help sustain the energy of abundance flow with the universe.
