Kelly has nearly two decades of experience supporting teens, parents, and adults with mental health, bodywork and spiritual coaching. Informally, she is schooled by life and her endless curiosity. Kelly loves to bring depth, playfulness, and heart to what she teaches and how she lives. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Kelly then spent 15 great years in San Diego, and has now lived 7 years in Bocas del Toro, Panama- living a minimalistic, holistic, nature-infused lifestyle. Her approach is down-to-earth and human: grounded in research but alive with compassion and connection. Here on Insight Timer, she shares practices and reflections to help you slow down, feel, relax, and reconnect- with your own heart, with the world around you, and with this one precious life.
