Through short teachings and guided mindfulness practices, you’ll learn to recognize how these laws move through your body, emotions, and everyday experiences. If you enjoy reflecting on life through the lens of nature—or want to feel more grounded and in tune with your own rhythms—this course offers a simple place to begin. Rather than approaching the laws of nature as abstract ideas, each day invites you to experience them directly through reflection and embodied awareness. As you move through the course, you’ll begin to notice patterns in your life that mirror the natural world. With this awareness, many people find it easier to trust life’s cycles, respond more consciously to challenges, and reconnect with their own natural intelligence.


Meet your Teacher

Kelly Yonston is a school psychologist, mindfulness teacher, yoga instructor, and transformation coach with over 15 years of experience supporting emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal growth. She has worked extensively with individuals of all ages, helping people understand their inner experiences and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges with greater awareness and resilience. Kelly has taught mindfulness for over a decade. Her work focuses on helping people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and deepen their understanding of themselves through reflective and embodied practices. She currently lives in Bocas del Toro, where daily life is immersed in the rhythms of the natural world. Kelly chose to live there because of her deep love, respect, and reverence for nature, and much of her teaching is inspired by observing how the laws of nature are reflected both in the environment and within the human experience. Through her work, she invites people to rediscover their own connection to these patterns and to the living systems they are a part of.
