I’ve been meditating and employing breathwork for years and have an anxiety disorder which can be very debilitating. I use breathwork a lot in my daily life but have never really done a basics course before. This was a great reminder of the different states we can encourage by employing the breath in subtly different ways as and when needed - whilst being mindful to be gentle with the breath itself. Thank you Emil for this well-paced informative and practical reintroduction to breathwork.
