Welcome to this meditation.
My name is Emil and I will be your guide.
In this meditation,
We will explore the light within our bodies,
The energies,
And come to a very relaxed,
Connected state.
So I would like for you to find a relaxing position.
You can sit up if you want,
Or you can lie down.
Just find the most comfortable place you have right now.
This meditation will be about 15 to 20 minutes long.
So make sure you're undisturbed throughout this time.
Once you've found a calm,
Relaxed position,
We will start by just inhaling together in 3,
2,
1.
Moving on the top,
And then just letting go,
Releasing all tensions,
And also signaling to ourselves that it's okay now for a few moments,
A few minutes,
To fully immerse yourself in this practice.
All the things we need to do afterwards,
We can just put it aside for a little bit.
We can pick that up later.
Beautiful.
So we start by connecting to our breath.
However you are breathing right now,
Just observe.
This is not the time to force any change upon yourself.
Everything we will do is effortless from now on.
So as you've connected to your breath,
Just notice how the air flows into you,
Goes all the way down,
And we exhale the things we don't need to hold on to anymore.
This constant cycle,
Drawing in new light,
New energy,
Releasing all the things we don't need.
I want you to picture really how the light comes in through the breath,
Building up more and more light,
Warm light within you.
And with each exhale,
We become ever so slightly more relaxed.
And we send our full attention down to the feet.
And as we do so,
We might notice the energies that start to flow in and around our feet.
I want you to visualize this energy as light.
Gentle,
Bright light flowing freely.
So as we explore our feet with our awareness,
This light grows stronger,
Brighter,
And it's not only inside of our body,
It actually starts to radiate outside as well,
Growing,
Expanding effortlessly.
As we shift our attention to the ankles,
The light follows,
Moving up the shins to the calf muscles,
Releasing all tensions,
Solidly supported by the surface beneath us.
We feel the energy free flowing in our calf muscles,
Continuing up to the knees and to the thighs.
So our legs,
Both our legs,
Are now emanating this warm,
Soft,
Bright light.
No effort whatsoever.
As we move our awareness up to the hip area,
Our lower back,
Fully aware.
As we connect to our spine,
This amazing body part,
Cosmic mystery,
And we climb the spine vertebrae by vertebrae.
And we really feel the spine getting warmer,
Brighter.
There's so much energy flowing.
We are climbing the spine slowly towards the neck.
And we shift our awareness now to the heart,
Our amazing heart,
Feeling the light just growing.
The light is now beginning to surround us with no effort whatsoever.
It's just there holding us.
Slowly,
We shift our awareness to the shoulders and we move slowly down the arms with curiosity.
Slowly all the way down to the hands,
Including the fingers.
How amazing are these hands?
They're just so nice,
Miraculous.
We feel the light just flowing freely in our arms.
No effort as our awareness starts to climb back to our neck.
Getting slowly up the head,
All the way up to the top of the head,
Then down the forehead,
Softly releasing all tension.
All the muscles that are still gripping,
Just let it go.
When we let go,
We allow the energy and light to grow stronger,
Flow more freely,
Intensifying without effort.
We are now bathing in this light,
Fully immersed,
Surrounded.
There is no limit to the light as it steadily grows and grows.
We are now bathing in this light,

You can stay in this state for as long as you want.
