Through a slow, spacious body scan and soothing guidance, you’re invited to release tension, worry, and mental pressure, allowing the body to take the lead into relaxation and sleep. There is nothing to control or follow — simply let the awareness settle into the body and allow rest to unfold naturally. Use this session at bedtime or whenever you need to fully let go and unwind.
