Over the course of almost an hour, you’ll be supported to let go of tension, release worries, and settle into a peaceful rhythm that carries you effortlessly toward sleep. Whether you struggle with racing thoughts, restlessness, or simply want to end your day in a state of ease, this practice will help you drift off with a sense of safety, stillness, and balance. All you need to do is lie down, close your eyes, and breathe with me. The rest will take care of itself.
