Opposite Sensations: Hot & Cold In this session, we will begin with our usual practices of Pranayama, followed by Yoga Nidra relaxation. We will continue to practice "Opposite Sensations Awareness" during the Yoga Nidra session, but this time we will focus on the sensations of hot and cold in the body.
