The Inner Peace Advent Calendar is a gentle 24-day journey designed to help you find calm, clarity, and connection during one of the busiest seasons of the year. From December 1–24, you’ll receive short lessons combining psychology, mindfulness, and coaching practices — each one offering a moment of grounding and returning to yourself. Instead of rushing toward the end of the year, this course invites you to slow down in meaningful, nourishing ways. Each day explores a different theme such as intention, gratitude, courage, boundaries, joy, inner leadership, letting go, and self-trust. Every lesson begins with a simple teaching and continues with a guided experience, helping you integrate the concepts not only in your mind but also in your body. This journey is designed for anyone who feels overwhelmed, overstimulated, or simply in need of a daily pause. You don’t need experience with meditation or mindfulness — only a willingness to take a few minutes each day to reconnect with yourself. Over 24 days, you will learn how to: • set meaningful intentions that support the month ahead • calm the nervous system through small, embodied practices • listen to your body’s wisdom and emotional signals • soften the inner critic and cultivate self-kindness • strengthen your inner leader and personal clarity • create gentle boundaries that protect your energy • reconnect with joy, play, gratitude, and presence • release what no longer supports you as the year comes to a close Each practice is short, accessible, and designed to meet you where you are. Whether you complete the lessons daily or move through them at your own pace, this course offers space to breathe, reflect, and realign with what matters most. These 24 days are an invitation to return to yourself — slowly, softly, and with intention.


Meet your Teacher

Migena Gjerazi is a certified life-leadership coach and trainer with a background in HR, finance, and organizational development. She is trained through the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC), holds an MBA, and is also ORSC trained and certified in Leadership Circle Profile. With years of experience guiding individuals and teams through personal growth, emotional resilience, and mindful leadership, Migena brings a calm, compassionate, and deeply human-centered approach to her work. Her teaching blends reflection, grounded presence, and practical inner work, creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, cultivate clarity, and build inner peace.
