She has dedicated her 19-year career to serving in nonprofits, offering expertise in making mindfulness accessible and creating cultures of collective care. Megan is an ICF certified coach (ACC), Search Inside Yourself organizational teacher, and burnout survivor who feels passionate about building community and helping you make an impact without losing yourself. She founded a 400+ person Mindfulness Community for a national hunger-relief nonprofit and taught leadership and emotional intelligence skills to hundreds of food bankers.
