Centering Yourself
This somatic (mind-body connection) practice can support you to center yourself and check in with how you're feeling. By sensing different parts of your body and using your imagination, you can feel more grounded, resilient, supported, and hopeful. You can do this with your eyes open or closed. It's helpful to center yourself any time you want to feel more resourced, such as before or during a difficult conversation.
