This course guides you back to the parts of yourself you’ve pushed aside in order to cope. Through gentle teachings, reflective moments, and guided experiences, you’ll learn how to stop abandoning yourself, how to stay present with your feelings, and how to build a sense of inner safety that lasts beyond difficult moments. Across six sessions, you’ll explore honesty, awareness, boundaries, softness, and the courage to live as your whole self. You can expect to feel seen, understood, and supported as you move from survival into genuine self-connection. By the end you’ll hopefully feel more at home within yourself, more able to stay, and more equipped to carry compassion into everyday life. This is a course for anyone who is tired of pretending they’re okay, and ready to return to themselves with gentleness.
