Through gentle teachings, reflective moments, and guided experiences, you’ll learn how to stop abandoning yourself, how to stay present with your feelings, and how to build a sense of inner safety that lasts beyond difficult moments. Across six sessions, you’ll explore honesty, awareness, boundaries, softness, and the courage to live as your whole self. You can expect to feel seen, understood, and supported as you move from survival into genuine self-connection. By the end you’ll hopefully feel more at home within yourself, more able to stay, and more equipped to carry compassion into everyday life. This is a course for anyone who is tired of pretending they’re okay, and ready to return to themselves with gentleness.


Meet your Teacher

Charlotte spent nearly 20 years quietly battling her own mental illness, surviving in silence, holding herself together on the outside while unravelling inside. That lived reality became the foundation of her work. For over 14 years, she has supported others through anxiety, panic, depression, and emotional heaviness, blending the skills developed in her hypnotherapy practice with the deep, tender wisdom that only comes from having walked through the darkness herself. Her voice is shaped by experience rather than theory, honest, soft, and unafraid to tell the truth about what it feels like to fall apart and begin again. Charlotte guides people to meet the parts of themselves they once hid, to build safety from within, and to return to themselves with compassion instead of self-criticism. Her work speaks directly to the heart: gentle, real, and grounded in the belief that no one is beyond healing, only waiting to be met.

You’ll experience what it means to feel held from within, and to rest inside yourself without fear.

This chapter helps you bring your healing into everyday life. You’ll learn how to stay connected to yourself in relationships, conversations, and moments of overwhelm. Horizon - Remembering To Meet Yourself Each Day, The Way The Sky Meets The Earth.

This closing reflection helps you integrate everything you’ve learned into daily life. You’ll discover how self-compassion shows up in small everyday moments and how to keep returning to yourself even when life gets noisy. This final session is a tender invitation to carry your inner peace into the world and meet yourself again and again.

You help me believe that is a force that is greater than ourselves.Between listening to that higher power in a veiled way, sharing the hurts that you've experienced and the talent of writing and sharing such applicable words. There are those courses that help guide you. But for me, this course was there when I needed it the most. I was already trying to Rebirth and bring together the person I am.
