Welcome to this time to help you feel refreshed,
Rejuvenated and ready to continue with your day.
And I wonder if you can imagine a beautiful orange billowing cloud above you.
This cloud is bursting with love.
Can you see?
Tiny orange flakes begin floating down from the cloud.
One by one.
Each flake filled with gentle kindness and relaxation.
As you watch and relax a flake so gently floats down and lands on the surface of your forehead.
And you can feel the relaxation from the flake.
Just penetrate your skin and your mind as your thoughts begin to simply melt away.
Another gentle flake floats down from the cloud and lands on your neck.
And penetrates through your skin,
Your muscles,
Each and every sinew and your throat.
Feel your breath as it so easily floats through you,
Within you and around you.
The gentle flake floats down from the cloud and lands on your chest.
Notice your gentle heartbeat beating at its most perfect pace.
Can you see now?
The cloud is slowly and gently beginning to rain the orange flakes.
Those gentle flakes floating down and landing on your stomach.
Breathe away any tension as the orange flakes gently rain upon your whole body.
Covering your arms,
Your wrists,
Your hands and to the very tips of your fingers.
Let go.
Let go.
The flakes too land upon your legs,
Your feet,
Your toes.
Let go.
Welcome the stillness to rest and recuperate.
You are safe.
You are loved.
You are wanted.
Welcome the silence within for now.
And I shall gently wake you when you will feel refreshed,
Rejuvenated and ready for your day.
But for now,
Welcome gentle sleep.
For that you have recognised is what is needed right now.
