Close your eyes too and take three deep breaths I wonder if you can imagine walking through a wild flower meadow on a warm summer's day the air is warm a delicate breeze passes over you cooling you to your most perfect temperature notice how it feels loving and gentle and kind close your eyes too if you haven't already and see yourself within this wild flower meadow it's so beautiful,

So fresh,

So fragrant perhaps you want to sit down among the flowers and smell their sweet sweet scent notice how nature just is and take this time for nothing no one needs anything apart from you remember the feeling when a cloud passes beneath the sun and it goes slightly cooler and then when the cloud passes the warmth gently presses against your skin again and such a nice feeling you can give yourself permission to let go of this moment recognize that it's okay to let go of now and drift into a restful slumber notice how your breathing has slowed down all by itself and let go and let go it's okay as you recognize how okay this moment is a huge billowing cloud comes and holds you it's here to love you to care for you and to offer you time and space to travel into slumber allow it to take you where you need to go allow it to help you feel the way you want to feel allow it to take what you want to give it and take from it what you need to have and let go let go and drift and float drift and float I am letting go I am so good at resting I am a beautiful person I am lovable I am present in slumber I am hopeful I am enough,

Always have been and I always will be I am recognizing my worth I am capable I am powerful I am treasured I am valuable I am wanted I am radiant I am ready I want you to remember the power and beauty of you how deep within you shine let it out as you let it out I want you to feel that light so bright within you your whole body begins to shine and that light and your power grows larger and larger shining through you from within you to surround you and as you allow that shine within you bring forward your expectations for the day your hopes,

Wants and dreams to shine beautiful you shine bright and get ready for your next moment where you can allow yourself to be guided as you trust your own decisions as to whether you stay within slumber or rise and shine sending my own love and light for your day ahead namaste
