An exploration of the Tibetan Buddhist elements within your psychological world & how they live in your life. It's a fun and interesting exploration that can lead to profound self-discovery and self-compassion. Before we delve into each element I take you through an active imagination exercise that can bring visions and reflections from a deeply intuitive place within you. We then look more deeply into each element and its associated chakra within your body. While doing meditations within your chakras I play the healing sounds of my crystal singing bowls. We finish off the course with a final meditation where we include all the chakras and end in a radiant, colourful column of light within your central channel.
