Throughout the next 10 days, we will explore where peace and presence can actually be found and how to maintain the quality of ease and effortlessness that we find in meditation throughout our day-to-day lives. This course is for you if you're looking to: - Learn techniques to stay present in a fast-paced world; - Engage in practices to directly experience your True Self; - Explore the intelligence and intuition of the body; - View relationships as a mirror of yourself & develop healthy boundaries; - Understand the role of the 'shadow'; - Experientially understand that nothing is random and everything is always unfolding as it should. By joining this course you will receive daily lessons with practical tools & techniques designed to guide you towards a more balanced and present way of living. You can expect to gain not only theoretical knowledge but also experiential wisdom through real-life examples that would help you foster a deeper connection with your intuition, navigate life's challenges with grace, and integrate the principles of presence into all aspects of your life. As part of the course, there is a course classroom in which you can share your insights, comments, or ask me any questions that may arise for you and I will be there to support you.


Meet your Teacher

From an early age, Boyan Milouchev was fascinated by the nature of the mind and our experience of reality. After exploring NLP, the Three Principles, and A Course in Miracles, his journey of seeking came to an end when he came across Non-Duality. Today Boyan supports others along the spiritual journey through one-to-one sessions and online events and programmes. He lovingly guides individuals and groups towards the understanding of the essential cause of their suffering, and to the realisation of their innate wholeness. His approach is gentle but direct, and especially well-suited for those who are ready to embrace life and live it fully.

Day 3: The Space Suit

The lesson on day 3 acknowledges the body as a remarkable tool - a 'spacesuit' for the soul that facilitates our earthly journey. The lesson reminds you of the wonderful qualities that the body has and the various ways in which it allows you to experience and engage with life. Through its senses, emotions, and intuitive guidance, the body serves as a compass, consistently revealing the path aligned that is most aligned with your highest spiritual direction and expression.

Day 4: Listening To The Body

On Day 4, we explore the intelligence & intuition of the body and how it communicates discomfort, in this way urging us to slow down. Today's practice is to tune into your body's signals during the day and to use the breath as a metaphorical 'gear stick' to consciously shift to a more comfortable speed.

Day 5: Relationships

On Day 5, we build on the foundation of finding and maintaining presence by exploring the important role of communication when navigating discomfort within relationships. Your practice for today is to reflect on past interactions and to consider the impact that expressing your discomfort would have had.

Day 6: Integrating The Shadow

On day 6, we talk about integrating the shadow and learning to see that the way our reality unfolds reflects our internal state of being. The lesson invites you to recognise the importance of difficult situations and the ways in which they help you grow in awareness, love, compassion, and understanding. Processing your resistances ultimately allows you to find deeper Presence, peace, and to embrace each moment as it comes.

Day 7: Everything Is Unfolding As It Should

On day 7, we continue exploring the purposes behind challenging emotions and circumstances. Discomfort, lack of motivation, or unexpected obstacles are not random - they serve as stepping stones for growth, expansion, and a deepening of our spiritual understanding. In a world that conditions us to constantly focus on future achievements, today's lesson invites you to rest in the knowing that - just as can be seen by nature's example - evolution is gradual. By acknowledging that the journey is the destination, we can remain in awe of the fact that nothing is random and every detail matters.

Day 8: Returning To Simplicity

The lesson on day 8 is a reminder that in a world that pushes us to juggle numerous responsibilities, simplicity is often elusive. Today's lesson is an invitation to ease into the present, trust the body's signals, and observe how simplicity naturally unfolds.

On day 9, we recognise that even though the world may want to dictate our wishes and desires, in Truth all we really want is the Peace found in the present moment. Your practice for today is to plan from Presence, for Presence, in order to sustain your current state of ease, freedom, and abundance.

Day 10: The Way Forward

On day 10, we reflect on the powerful and transformative journey you've undertaken over the last days through a poem called "Being Is The Goal". This course has hopefully served as a good starting point for deepening your understanding and application of the importance of finding presence and aiming to remain in the here and the now; of knowing how to tune into the body's wisdom; of having clear communication and healthy boundaries; of knowing that nothing is random and everything servers a purpose; and much more. It's goal has been to be a guide for you to know where you can actually find balance, peace, and how to live an effortless life. Now it is up to you to make it your reality.
