Understanding Projections And Feelings

This audio guides you back to the source of all projections - A feeling arising in the body. The more you feel the arising feelings, the more you will know that nothing ever goes wrong and that the body is itself made of transparent awareness.

Hi and welcome to this meditation understanding projections and feelings Often people have the question what comes first a thought or a feeling and the answer is definitely feelings underlying all thoughts there is a feeling whether we are aware of it or not and the more we open up the mind the more we find this space between thoughts the more we can connect to the body and feel our feelings and let them go a projection is simply a feeling that is projected onto part of our manifest reality and all of us have different ways of processing these feelings some projects onto relationships on food on sexuality on alcohol on drugs on work whatever it is that you project on that is your way of processing the feelings that are underlying that projection what this realization helps with is knowing that there is nothing going wrong and no one to blame in fact blame itself or judgment is itself underlied by a feeling that feeling creates a thought that resists what is so whenever you can just remember that it's only what you're experiencing in this moment if anger arises in you then you would find something or someone to be angry at if anxiety arises within you then you would find reasons to be anxious if depression arises within you then you would find reasons to be depressed and the other side of this is that if happiness arises within you you would find reasons to be happy if gratitude arises within you you would find reasons to be grateful but in reality none of these reasons matter all that matters is what arises within you moment by moment the more you feel your feelings the more you also get in touch with the space between feelings or knowing the body itself has transparent beingness transparent awareness and over time as you continue along the spiritual path you will know that the body itself is made of the same awareness the same presence the same field which connects everything and everyone and out of which everything is made to support you with this process of feeling your feelings you can listen to the talk how to feel your feelings which i have also uploaded here on inside timer thank you for listening i wish you a beautiful day ahead

This was the clearest explanation of projection that I have encountered yet . It’s not something I was even aware of a few years ago and have wrestled endlessly with the concept. I definitely have done more than my share of it and I have much work to do in this area… Thank you~ 🫶🏻
