The S.M.I.L.E: A 5 Day Path to Joy and Ease is a series of short, digestible evening practices designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and restore calm. Each day introduces a simple tool that can be used before bed or any time you need to return to balance. Course Objectives Across five days, you’ll explore the five stages of S.M.I.L.E — Slow Down, Manifest, Imagine Light, Let Go, and Embrace Ease. Day 1 – S: Slow Down Learn to shift gears from doing to being. Through breath and mantra, you’ll signal safety to the nervous system and create space for calm to emerge. Day 2 – M: Manifest Discover the gentle art of planting intentions before sleep. You’ll learn how to align your subconscious mind with the life you’re calling in through quiet, focused reflection. Day 3 – I: Imagine Light Use visualisation to cleanse the body and mind. By picturing light filling your body, you’ll release heaviness and invite clarity and warmth. Day 4 – L: Let Go Practise releasing the worries, thoughts, and tensions that collect through the day. This ritual of release clears space for rest and renewal. Day 5 – E: Embrace Ease The final step brings everything together. You’ll learn how to move through life with softness and acceptance, carrying your inner smile into each moment. Each lesson is under ten minutes and can be done anywhere — perfect as a grounding ritual before bed or a moment of calm whenever the day feels too full. By the end, you’ll have a simple, memorable toolkit to help you return to yourself, again and again, with ease.
