Welcome.

I'm so glad you're here.

Let's take just a few minutes together to reset.

If you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed right now,

This is for you.

Wherever you are right now,

Take a breath.

Let your shoulders drop.

It doesn't matter what has already happened today or what's still ahead of you.

For just this moment,

Give yourself permission to pause.

This is your time.

Feel those shoulders just melt down.

Take another breath.

Now unclench your jaw.

Soften those muscles you might not have even noticed while holding tight.

Feel the difference between tension and release.

You're safe here.

You're okay.

You deserve this small reset.

Take another breath in.

And now just loosen your hands.

Let them rest gently on your lap or by your sides.

And just notice how even a little release makes space for calm.

Now take a slow breath in.

And let it out with a sigh.

Now continue breathing in whatever way you're comfortable with.

Notice how each breath gives your body a little more space.

And notice how your mind softens even if just for a fraction.

With each breath imagine you're letting go of a little more weight.

Letting go of a little more stress.

Letting go of a little more pressure that you don't need to carry right now.

It's okay to rest.

It's okay to stop even just for a short while.

Right here in this moment nothing else is asked of you.

Just you breathing.

Just you resetting.

Now place your attention on the ground beneath you.

Feel that support.

The floor.

The chair.

The earth itself.

Whatever it is.

You're being held.

You don't need to do it all alone in this moment.

Keep breathing.

If thoughts come rushing in that's okay.

Just picture them as leaves floating down a stream.

You don't have to catch them.

Just let them pass.

Let's take one more deep breath and fill your lungs.

Hold it and let it out slowly as if you're releasing some of the weight you've been carrying.

Let that calm feeling spread through your chest.

Your arms.

Your legs.

All the way to your fingertips and toes.

Stay here for a breath or two more.

Quiet.

Present.

Grounded.

And when you're ready carry this calm with you into whatever comes next.

You've just given yourself a reset.

All the stress may not be gone but you found a pocket of calm you can return to any time.

You're okay.

You're steady and you can keep going from here.

Take care of yourself and now go slowly back into your day.
