Welcome to this morning meditation.

Now before we begin I want to ask you to find a quiet comfortable place where you will not be disturbed.

Sit or lie down whatever you find more comfortable and we're going to take three deep breaths together.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

With each exhale I want you to allow your eyes to slowly blur and close until on the final exhale your eyes will be fully closed.

So let's begin,

Let's breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Feel the cool air as it goes in and down into your belly and notice how the air feels warmer as it comes out as you exhale.

Let's breathe in one more time and as you breathe out let your eyes close a little bit more.

And finally one last breath in deep down into your belly and as you exhale close your eyes completely.

Now as you lie or sit comfortably and continue to breathe slowly in and out I want you to feel that relaxation engulf your entire body.

Know that today is a brand new day,

It's a good day where anything can happen.

With each breath you take this morning you are allowing healing energies to fill you and guide you through the day ahead.

The day has only just begun so you have the creativity inside you to manifest any kind of day that you want.

By simply being aware of your energy and taking the time for yourself to breathe into today you are opening up new doors and connections which will hold wonderful magical potentials and opportunities for you.

Take a deep breath in through your nose breathing in love and happiness.

Breathe out through your mouth releasing anything that no longer serves you.

This is a brand new day,

A day where you can be free of judgments of yourself and what occurs.

This is a new beginning where you've already started the day by showing yourself love and compassion by taking the time for yourself this morning to simply breathe.

Breathe in filling your lungs from the bottom first taking in the fresh crisp air of a wonderfully abundant fresh new day ahead and exhale any tensions stresses and energy that have been left over from yesterday.

Today is a brand new day with new energy and energy of love and appreciation.

Today things will respond differently to you because you are taking the time to set yourself up for greatness and focusing on what feels good,

Elevating your aura to that of love,

Abundance and happiness.

Take one last big breath in and as you do feel yourself fill in every part of your being with love,

A love that is always readily available for you to tap into throughout the rest of the day.

As you breathe out that your muscles soften and release and slowly open your eyes.

And welcome back.

You're now ready for a day full of love,

Abundance and clarity and I wish you many many blessings for the day ahead.
