This is a well-organized set of 4 short "lessons" on the stoic virtues. Each lesson introduces one of the virtues and provides a brief opportunity to explore how that virtue applies in your own life. I did enjoy the lessons but I found them to be fairly high level and without a lot of detail.

I enjoyed this meditation. I felt calmer and more ready for the day after. Since there is some negative feedback about the affirmations I just wanted to share that the echo worked for me. It is unusual, but I found it sort of interesting and jarring in a good way. It made me pay more attention to how they were landing and what they were saying. Thank you!

Thank you for helping me to remember and accept that I am exactly where I need to be 🙏 and that acceptance and reflection is what I need most in my life today.

I am so grateful for this course. I am experiencing a long-term serious illness which effects my breathing. As a result, my usual way oof being "The One" who is count-on-able, the 77-year -old matriarch of family of 6 children, their spouses, and 23 grand- and great-grandchildren has gone kaput. I am also an Interspiritual Minister and Counselor with a focus on people in the margins. This course dovetails beautifully with my lessons in humility and presence, and I will share what I've learned in my daily messages to subscribers, many of whom are incarcerated. Staying present to the gift of each moment is challenging for anyone in this world of competition and accomplishments, but especially for those who are incarcerated and/or seriously ill. I thank you for being my ally in living as an instrument of peace. Love & Blessings, Rev. Julie Christine
