Meet your Teacher

As a respected Yoga Instructor based in the Chicagoland area, AhnaOM's main goal is to lead others down the path of self-discovery. Since 2001 she has regularly practiced yoga and engaged the 8-limbs in her own journey to healing. AhnaOM has since earned her certification in not only in yoga instruction, but also earned a specialty certificate in Yoga for Cancer (y4c) and completed several hundred hours in yoga therapy courses. This is in addition to her formal education and degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has since crafted and honed her experiences to benefit others on their own unique journey, meeting them where they are with non-judgement. Having the chance to share her unique MindSculpt approach along with all she has learned along the way with her students fills her with joy!
