Master Self-Discipline: Gentle Strength

With Wenlin Tan

Self-discipline is the cornerstone of success and lasting change, a key trait that outstanding people such as Olympic athletes and millionaire entrepreneurs have in common. Many of us mistake self-discipline for sheer willpower. Perhaps you’ve tried at some point in your life, to try to change our behaviors but also failed miserably. If you've struggled to cultivate better self-discipline, this course is designed for you. Together, we’ll explore why willpower alone isn’t enough and uncover limiting beliefs about self-discipline that are holding you back. This course was borne out of my lifelong struggle with self-discipline: These insights have helped me improve and transform my relationship with discipline, enabling me to rise at 5 am, row before sunrise on the river during the winter season, go for an entire month without eating artificial sugars, transition from being an employee to a solopreneur and engage in other behaviors and achieve other feats my old self would have never imagined possible. This course will equip you with the tools, techniques, and concepts to help you redefine your relationship with discipline so you can become someone you admire and respect, realize your full potential, and live your best life.

This course was well guided and well paced. Each day offered interesting perspectives and I left with at least one new insight every day. The instructor’s voice is calming and encourages introspection, so you make your own connections between your personal motivations and the material. This is much more effective and long-lasting than self-discipline courses that simply try to “pump you up” and give only temporary results. Solid course and worth your time!
