Explore the many facets of love in this seven-part course. The aim is to help you identify and sense how love resonates in your life. This is a meditation journey. It starts with your breath, settles into body and mind, lovingly explores past and future, and finishes off with love as you experience it from and for others. You might choose to complete the course in seven days but to more fully integrate the experience it is recommended to savour each meditation. Take time to repeat each exercise for three to five days. Journal each experience to navigate expand your journey. It is hopeful that your experience will help you develop a deeper love of self so that you can be more comfortable receiving and giving love. Moving into Divine love is achievable with your persistent effort. Your points of destination include: Breath, Body, Mind, Your Past, Your Future, Feeling Love From Others, and Finding Love For Others. Come away with a renewed sense of love and the ability to easily sit in a space of compassion.


Meet your Teacher

Lani is a Sophrologist, Aromatherapist, and Meditation Coach helping people achieve overall happiness and wellbeing in daily life. She uses basic principles of Sophrology as the foundation for all of her meditations. You can enjoy balanced breathing, gentle movement, and creative visioning in your meditative experience as Lani guides you in a calm and reassuring way. Lani encourages you to have biological values and find love within. Overflowing with self-love you can confidently engage with the world around you.

Lesson 1

Love Your Breath

Breath is the first thing you do when you enter earth's atmosphere. It’s an immediate exchange of oxygen with anyone who is nearby and sharing the air in that birthing space. From this point forward breath is there to keep you safe and calm. This lesson begins with an introduction to the course and finishes off with a simple breathing strategy that you can use often. Breath is with you always. Learn how to easily access it in times of stress as you fall in love with your breath.

Lesson 2

Love Your Body

Much more than body image, this is about developing a connection with body biology. There’s more to you than what you see in the mirror. Science says there are more than 30,000,000,000,000 - that’s 30 trillion cells in your body. I like to consider them as tiny humans with one job which is to keep me healthy and alive. This lesson creates cell appreciation and starts the journey towards becoming friends with your eleven systems.

Lesson 3

Love Your Mind

Oh that monkey mind…it can be such a nuisance. Did you know that you can control it? It’s all about how much time you spend thinking about certain things or engaged in specific activities. Your brain filters information based on how you manage your thoughts and activities. This lesson will introduce you to how that happens and then flow into a meditation to help you train your brain and fall in love with your mind.

Lesson 4

Love Your Past

Grounded in the structure of your existence you are now ready to lovingly explore your past. This is about observation without judgement. Looking with love at your past you are able to identify and embrace what is useful, hold on to what supports you, and discard what is no longer necessary. Talk a virtual walking meditation and engage with nature as you visualise unuseful past memories drifting away. Make room to love your past.

Lesson 5

Love Your Future

It’s the worries that keep you from loving your future so let’s redirect your intentions and create your positive future. In a state of relaxation and with clarity of mind you can ask these questions - Is this line of thought helping or hurting? Do I have enough information to be freaking out right now? If yes then will freaking out be helpful? Where is the best place to put my energy? Move into the gap and make room to love your future.

Lesson 6

Love From Others

To receive love from others is to feel a sense of belonging and embraced by love from the universe. Life is a rollercoaster ride of emotions. At times we feel like we belong but then there are times when we feel divided. To belong is to look for similarities and find the things that bind us. After a bit of instruction you’ll practice connection by discovering your roots and then noticing how your roots reach out and harmonise with the roots of others. Move into a space of belonging and easily sense and feel love from others.

Lesson 7

Love For Others

Loving others is not always easy. Usually it’s our perception and ego that gets in the way. We want to remember that virtuous love suffers, is kind, extends forgiveness, and is patient – just to name a few. Everyone struggles and everyone also wants to feel and extend love. Having navigated this journey you are now ready to love others. Stand in meditation, ground in the body and feel universal love for yourself, your community, and the world at large.

This is a very interesting course, based on a new philosophy for me, sophrology. Some of the practices reminded me of qigong, standing meditations, others reiki, bringing in and feeling the energy from all around. The lessons can be repeated and especially lessons one and two, really resonated with me. Love is the heart of this course and loving others and feeling the love for others and for and from the universe. It’s all here in these few sessions! Thank you Lani!
