Very well done. I think this course will be more effective than best selling books I’ve read. It’s short, concise, inspiring and really resonates with me. It makes me think of the Maya Angelou quote, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” I’m reflecting on how this course makes me feel, and more importantly how we can make ourselves (and others around us) feel by this using it. Of course I have notes in case I forget what you said. The only thing I could add is one strategy from Tony Robbins and BJ Fogg. Move your body to reinforce a positive feeling. At the smallest accomplishment (or any time, to reinforce the feeling) throw your arms up in victory, or fist pump in celebration, do a dance move, or whatever…just move your body. I think a clear visualization would do if it’s not a good time/place. Thanks so much for this course. It’s a great one to keep and return to again.
