Hi Susan, Wow!! I finally made it to the end of this short but such an amazing course. I really wish you had covered mental stigma pertaining to mental illnesses and cultural differences pertaining to perspective about advice given to people suffering from depression. (Eg. You are mad or weak if you are depressed and seek counseling, move on from it. ) However I am not all that disappointed, and wish most students will get best out of this course as I did. Susan, I know you may find it strange and a coincidence that after lots of rainy days, I finally had sunshine from my window. As I smiled seeing the warm sun after getting drenched in water from past few days, I sincerely pray that each and everyone finds hope and meaning from dark phases of depression. I hope to find answers to lots of many qs as I revisit the course and hope others too would share common humanity of suffering, since though the path to recovery and symptoms of depression may be different for everyone, we can work towards a common goal of seeing sunshine at other side of tunnel. With Metta, Arpit.
