Lai Tattis is a clinical hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner, and life coach who helps people reprogram their minds to create positive changes and transform their lives. Lai uses both traditional and modern techniques that use the power of the unconscious mind to heal from trauma and past programming - to find peace, clarity, and happiness and live a meaningful and fulfilled life.

The theme of this course is so important and well worth spending time on. There’s definitely wisdom to be gained here..! However, I would have preferred the sessions to have been more even in time. Some were less than 15 minutes and some 24 minutes. The longer ones were full of info, to the point that I lost track. Maybe more days and shorter sessions? Thank you for creating this and carving out time for this necessary topic! 🙏
