Although science tells us power napping has many benefits, while short it can let us relax, recharge and refocus. During this session we will be using the healing power of water to hydrate the mind and body. This 20-minute power nap combines binaural beats, anchoring and suggestions to enhance your ability to let go of any urges, cravings, stress or worries allowing your brain to take the rest it needs.
