Self-esteem plays an important part in our lives whether we are aware of it or not. So, what is self-esteem and why do we need to have it? Self-esteem is all about your overall sense of self-worth. It’s about how much you like or appreciate all the little things that make you unique. Because all these things will ultimately determine who you are, what you can do, who you become, and the overall quality of your life. In other words, if you looked long and hard in the mirror, could you honestly say that you feel good about yourself? If the answer is not really or it could be better or something to that effect, then this course is designed to help you grow your self-esteem in just five sessions. The course includes sessions on appreciating your strengths, affirming, and accepting who you are, eliminating negative self-talk, and eliminating toxic relationships. Included are powerful affirmations and meditations that will help you transform your beliefs about yourself. We also will be connecting with your truth, that inner wise voice within you by doing mirror work, which is a powerful way to work deeply with yourself and create profound changes.
