As you drift into rest, you'll awaken to a world rich in synchronicities and an abundance of peace, love, and joy, marking the beginning of a profound journey towards your authentic essence.

Welcome to this guided meditation to help you heal and change your life,

Allowing you to merge with your higher self to support you as you embody more of who you prefer to be with infinite potential and possibilities.

Find a comfortable and private space where you can relax and take this time for you.

Make sure you will not be interrupted and feel safe and can relax.

As you settle into this space and to help you to relax into this moment,

I invite you to bring your focus to your breath.

Breathe in deeply and slowly,

Allowing your stomach to expand as you breathe in and deflate as you exhale slowly.

Allow your body to relax on the out breath.

When you're ready,

Take another deep breath in and close down your eyes if they haven't already and exhale gently pushing the breath out slowly.

You may like to place a hand on your belly and the other one on your heart to bring awareness into your heart space.

The more awareness we put into our heart,

The more we grow the electromagnetic energy around our body and the more we will expand to who we really are.

I invite you to take the longest,

Deepest breath in and exhale letting go to signal to yourself this time and space is to honour who you are.

To give yourself permission to show up for you in such a beautiful loving space just as you are.

Feeling whatever you're feeling right now at this moment.

I invite you to just tune in and be present with a part of you that's triggered or hurt in some way.

And in this stillness know that whatever you are experiencing it's welcome to be here.

And the invitation is to let this part speak directly and invite it to be raw,

Real and vulnerable.

As you hear it inside yourself it could come through as words,

A song,

Even an image,

Whatever comes through.

Let it show itself and be heard.

Know you are safe to do that right now.

That's right,

Invite that hurt part of you to speak in a present tense whatever is true and alive for you right now.

Let it express without judgement and criticism so that it can be validated.

And as you start tuning in to that hurt make sure you are expressing the core of what it is really about.

We are not just working on the surface level,

We are also going deeper and looking for what is underneath the emotion.

For example,

Perhaps frustration at work has come up and under the frustration,

A feeling of I'm stuck.

I don't want to be here.

I don't know what else to do with my life.

Acknowledge the layers that show up as you dig underneath by asking what else.

Give yourself permission to let yourself go to the heart of what this is really about for you.

If it is fear of what they are going to think of me,

Let it express that fear.

Maybe it's I'm scared to be alone or I don't feel safe.

I worry you won't accept me.

Whatever is most raw,

Most vulnerable and most real,

Let that part express itself as you become the witness of what is coming through.

Give yourself as much space and time as you need.

As it tells you something that you need to heal or look at within your life.

Being the witness here in this space makes you stay as the conscious observer of what's coming up.

And at any given moment,

This moment,

You can easily give your heart permission to stay open.

And invite love to flow through you and shift into embodying your higher self,

The most loving and wise,

Beautiful,

Radiant part of you.

That is just here,

Embracing you with compassion for what you are experiencing.

And from this higher perspective,

I invite you to look directly at this hurt part that feels tender.

And what do you directly want to say to this part?

Maybe it sounds like I'm sorry you feel unloved or alone.

You didn't do anything wrong.

You were so loved as you are.

It's okay to feel what you are feeling.

I've got you.

I'm here for you.

Take a moment and allow whatever else to come up to show itself.

Take a moment and say what you want to say to this part.

Go deep within your heart space and express what words this tender part needs to hear,

To feel,

Heard,

Loved,

Validated,

To feel safe,

Like they belong and that they are beautiful and unique.

And I invite you to just drop in and maybe you want to swoop that part of you up in your arms energetically.

And just take time to really show yourself with your own love and kindness.

Breathe compassion and understanding into all the sensations in your body,

Just fully letting them be here in this moment with full permission and acceptance.

And now I invite you to make an agreement with this part of you that feels tender.

Are you willing to be a guide and to embrace this part any time it feels wounded?

Are you willing to be there for it?

And if so,

Let it know right now that you are always available right here any time.

It doesn't feel safe or it needs connection and support.

That's right,

Feeling the safety and the love in this moment in your heart.

For what has happened is a gift for your growth,

To help you make the right choices,

To do the things that are right for you,

To break through karmic habits so you can live joyfully.

Let's listen to your body,

Your heart,

Your inner wisdom as you were born with the power to heal.

Now I invite you to widen the sense of aperture,

To zoom out of your perspective,

Just opening the lens of awareness to whatever else is happening in this moment.

Beyond the contraction,

Beyond even the expansion,

Just notice what's here beyond your mind.

Your natural state of being is unconditional love and bliss,

Remembering who you are,

Remembering this connection to source,

Remembering this connection to your higher self.

And therefore allow a transition of consciousness to happen right now,

Going far beyond into the energy field that goes all the way around on the planet.

This is what you really are,

You are energy and you are magnificent,

This is the place to be right now.

And as you live from an open heart,

Life experiences flow from your illuminated connection.

I invite you to imagine or physically place your hands on your heart,

Breathe gently,

Softly and deeply into the area of your heart space.

Breathe a sense of ease,

Safety,

Kindness and compassion into your heart centre.

And remember one moment,

Just one moment when you felt safe,

Loved and cherished by another human being.

There is no need to recall the entire relationship,

Just one moment,

This could be with a partner,

A child,

A friend,

A spiritual figure or a loving pet or place.

And as you remember this moment of feeling safe,

Loved and cherished,

Let yourself savour the feelings of that moment.

Let yourself stay with these feelings and sensations in the body of feeling safe,

Loved and cherished.

Notice any shift or deepening of ease,

Calm,

Safety and so much love.

Feeling this energy flow through your body,

This is the connection to your heart,

This is a connection you can always come back to any time that you choose.

And know now that you are in a very sacred place,

Notice how amazing you feel,

Amazing sensations flowing through your body.

Feeling it increase in your heart more and more,

Feeling love in your heart expanding outwards with more love and more light.

And now imagine that you turn around and you notice that your higher self is there,

Right in front of you.

And this higher self is another aspect of you that you are always connected to this higher self.

This guidance is within your heart and notice what your higher self looks like,

Notice the glimmer in their eyes,

Smile on their face,

Notice how connected you feel.

And ask your higher self is there any guidance and resources that they have for you.

Ask if there is anything in your life that you can do or be that is more aligned with your higher self.

Thank your higher self for these insights.

And now it's time to merge with each other,

To totally change your life.

That's right,

You are going to be living more as your higher self,

You are going to be able to observe thoughts that no longer serve you,

Observe experiences in your daily life from a totally new level.

You are going to become more aware of this connection of who you really are,

To feel more guided in your life than ever before.

And your higher self is going to be there with you more consciously because your higher self is always there.

Imagine your higher self in front of you and put your hand up to your higher self,

Look into the eyes of your higher self.

And your higher self lets you know that there is nothing to be afraid of,

That this connection is what you agreed to before you came into your life,

To be guided from this moment going forward in a completely new way.

And as you put your hand up to your higher self,

I'm going to count down from 5 to 1.

And with every number I count,

You are going to feel your higher self merge more and more with your body.

You are going to feel your energy in your heart centre increasing knowing that you are forever changed.
