Welcome to Quit Sugar,

Which is targeted to stop eating certain foods containing processed sugar that you know is harming your health and sabotaging your weight loss goals.

It utilizes everything from sight,

Smell,

Taste and texture to make particular foods revolting and undesirable.

For best results,

Please listen for 21 consecutive days or more.

Find a comfortable position and settle yourself into the comfort.

This time and space is just for you and to help you relax wherever you are.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Relaxing down,

Switch off your thoughts and to help you to relax,

Breathe in again,

Taking a deep breath in and breathe out.

And you may like to close down your eyes,

Freeing your mind of all distractions.

Relax.

Nobody wants anything from you,

Not even your thoughts want anything from you.

They can just float away out on the air,

Back into the nothingness of where they came.

And sooner or later,

You might notice parts of your body move or twitch all by itself.

Or perhaps not move at all.

It's only important to sense fully whatever feelings and sensations develop and to experience what you experience and go wherever you go.

That's right.

All you need right now is to focus on being here in this moment and rest in the stillness.

Simply follow along and tune in wherever you are.

There's no right or wrong way,

No right or wrong response.

Just a time to come back to yourself as you are right at this moment and relax.

With every breath you take and as you continue resting comfortably,

You can be assured that your body knows how to breathe itself and will continue to do so.

And with each breath you take,

You can become more aware of the natural rhythm of your breath and feelings of comfort that develops through your body.

As you relax deeper and deeper and deeper and as you listen to the sound of my voice,

Any background noise will simply relax you even further.

And the more you are distracted by the noise around you,

The more you'll go into relaxation.

Letting the sounds around you fade into the background and some people say they can enjoy a deep state of relaxation easily and effortlessly simply by following the breath along with my voice and just letting go.

Nothing is important right now except enjoying that feeling of relaxation flowing throughout your body from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes.

Relax,

Relax.

You might begin to appreciate that you have a conscious mind and an unconscious mind.

And your unconscious mind knows more about what you can do than your conscious mind does.

And if your unconscious mind knows more than your conscious mind does,

Then you probably know more about quit eating sugar than you think.

And you might find you are unconsciously aware of the resources you need to achieve your goals and desires and that you can make your unconscious conscious.

Relax.

You have the skills to easily and effortlessly allow your unconscious to soak in any and every positive suggestion,

Thought or idea that I offer you.

While you just drift more and more comfortably into the space of comfort and relaxation.

And these suggestions will travel deep inside you so profoundly and have such a lasting impression that they will be deeply ingrained in your unconscious mind.

And as these suggestions sink deeply into your unconscious mind,

They will become a permanent part of your everyday life.

Influencing how you think,

Feel and ultimately the way you operate your entire being and live your life.

It's all up to you,

Is it not?

That's right.

All you need to do is relax,

Relax with every breath you take.

Allowing the breath to relax you all the way down,

Down into the comfort.

Sinking deeper and deeper down into relaxation.

And simply rest on your breath.

Deeply relaxed into the comfort.

Rest and relax.

Deeper and deeper and deeper.

And now that you are so relaxed,

You are here because you have decided to do something to change the pattern of eating sugar.

Because this behavior no longer serves you.

You are done with the addictions and habits of eating sugar that keep you stuck with the same weight and the same lifestyle.

And I'm not sure if you choose to let go of this old pattern either now or in the coming days.

I do know you are here listening because you have made a decision to stop all the addictions and bad habits to sugar.

That control you and instead regain control of yourself,

Your thoughts,

Your feelings,

Your actions,

Your habits and your life.

Listening to this every day will reinforce your freedom once and for all from destructive,

Addictive behaviors and habits to sugar.

And you really want to be free from sugar,

Do you not?

That's right.

And because you really want to be free from sugar,

You are already halfway there.

Your unconscious mind is open and ready to help you,

To help yourself.

Because the patterns of living that we all do are just that,

Patterns.

And you really can let go of the old way quickly and easily.

You have the skills,

Have you not?

That's right.

And as you relax,

Breathe in comfortably with each breath you take.

You are relaxing.

And I invite you to perhaps think about food and as you think about food you are seeing it differently in this relaxed state.

And from now on you are becoming more aware of what your body needs.

That's right.

Your body needs food,

But it needs only the right nutritious food.

Wholesome food.

You now realize that some foods are just not for you.

As your mind is changing,

So your tastes and textures are changing.

And because your tastes and textures are changing,

Every time you feel sugar in your mouth,

You feel it coating your teeth.

Tasting like thick sticky glue.

And it builds up in your mouth and that feeling of thick sticky glue increases until you feel you must brush your teeth to get rid of that horrible sticky gluey film on your teeth.

The taste of sugary sweet things makes you want to gag.

That's right.

Sugar is a sticky glue in your mouth.

Sugar is toxic to your body,

Just like glue and gives you tooth decay,

Unwanted weight gain,

Heart disease and diabetes have been linked to eating too much sugar.

Sugar is the cause of inflammation,

Redness and swelling of your body tissue.

Sugar also affects mood.

Eating sugary foods causes sudden spikes and drops in blood sugar levels,

Making you feel irritable,

Anxious and tired.

Excessive sugar is the body's enemy.

And some people drink sugary drinks and every time you see a soda bottle of soft drinks,

You imagine some horrible living thing like worms inside bitter vinegar.

That's right.

It's disgusting.

And you have no desire to let that into your stomach.

You now realize these sugary drinks provide so many excess calories and virtually no nutrients.

They only give you tooth erosion and decay,

Weight gain.

Diet drinks actually make you hungry and less satisfied.

And finally,

When you drink a lot of chemicals that your body simply cannot break down,

Your body makes more and more internal fat to wrap the chemicals in,

Keeping those harmful chemicals away from your vital organs.

Sugary and diet drinks is toxic and the body's enemy.

And perhaps you might find yourself overeating on cookies and cakes and all these processed foods reminds you of the hidden sugar and the sticky glue and grease,

The idea of putting that mix of unhealthy sticky greasy lard,

That semi-solid fat,

In your mouth is disgusting to you now.

It would be like putting some revolting grease into your mouth with a horrible sticky film on your teeth and tongue.

And crunching on a cookie,

You can imagine your teeth cracking and collapsing.

Cookies are made from lard.

Every time you see cookies you see white fat located in the fattiest portions of a pig.

The thought of that sugar and fat flowing around your veins,

Slowing and clogging your blood,

Damaging your health,

Makes you wary of sugar in all its forms.

You now find that instead of sweet things,

You prefer the taste of fresh herbs and other spices now appeal to you instead.

You just do not like sugar anymore.

As a matter of fact,

Overly salty foods is like sand poured all over the food,

Gritty and dry.

Hear the crunch and feel the grisly abrasive sand wearing down your teeth.

Excessive salt is toxic and the body's enemy.

From this moment on,

You have new rules and you can repeat these rules in your mind until they are a part of you.

These simple rules will change how you succeed and control and quit sugar.

From now on,

I am taking control of my eating.

I do not eat within two hours of finished eating.

I wait for twenty minutes before deciding if I need more.

I do not eat anything that tastes greasy,

Sugary or fatty.

There are no more excuses,

No jokes,

No exceptions about eating fattening,

Sugary food and drinks.

From this moment on,

I drink water,

Sparkling or plain mineral water.

I pause in eating as soon as I have eaten half the food,

Before my stomach actually feels full and I drink a glass of water with every meal.

Take a deep breath and allow your mind to clear.

There will be some days when you do not do so well and that's okay too.

This is a new lifestyle,

Not a diet,

Not a fat.

It is a new healthy lifestyle,

Not because I say so,

But because you want it so.

Now that you have started on this new change,

You will recognize these things for what they are.

There are times when you feel down,

When you feel upset,

Disappointed,

Angry,

Hurt.

There are many things that happen that cause you to feel sad and lonely.

Or times you are just bored.

Those things do happen,

So you need to plan for them.

And so you say to yourself,

Something is affecting my mood and I am curious about it,

But I do not let it get to me.

Feelings have nothing to do with food.

Feelings have nothing to do with food.

That's right.

Feelings have nothing to do with food.

But I do not let my feelings affect who I am.

The feelings will pass and I will succeed.

I remain in control.

And even if I do eat stupidly once,

That is okay because I have a plan,

Not a diet.

I have a lifestyle,

Not a fat.

I have a healthy lifestyle,

Not a fat.

And that means I can let it go and keep on with my healthy eating and healthy lifestyle.

And that way I succeed.

Because it is more than just one day.

I think in weeks,

Months and years.

And everything balances out.

That's right.

Sometimes there is something to learn and understand.

There is a history involved and there is a series of mistakes made.

And sometimes there is the right mistake for the wrong reasons.

And sometimes the wrong mistakes were made for the right reasons.

And all those mistakes that are right now can be wrong at a later time.

And some of those wrong mistakes now can be made right at a later time.

And some of the understandings now can be misunderstood at a later time.

And that whole series of events is given and regulated to the unconscious mind.

Where it becomes a storehouse of learnings and potentials that can be realized.

That's right.

And it isn't right for me to tell you to learn this or that.

Learn in any way you wish.

In any order you wish.

You could do this right now.

Could you not?

And because you have used this time to strengthen your mind,

You are more in control from this moment on.

You take control of what you eat and manage your weight by eating naturally.

And by eating natural,

Fresh,

Healthy,

Nutritious foods to help you achieve the healthy body you want.

Your mind has the power to do what you want.

Does it not?

You are in control now.

You see things differently because you are different.

You have more awareness.

And you let go of old patterns of behaving and thinking and believing.

And move on to new ways.

And as you start to lose weight,

You will feel hungry.

This is normal and natural and to be expected.

In fact,

You look forward to it because it means that you are eating right.

When you are doing it right,

You will wake up hungry and you can enjoy that feeling.

Knowing overnight your body has digested and processed nutritious food to rejuvenate,

To rejuvenate your body and to wake up feeling energized.

That's right.

Consuming sugar before sleep robs you of energy and good sleep.

And during the day when you feel hungry,

You can rejoice because that means your metabolism is working.

You get comfort from that feeling that your metabolism is doing its job and you feel lighter,

More energized and focused.

It is a sign that you are succeeding.

It means that you are eating healthy meals and portions.

You notice your clothes feel loose on you and you are now on the way to getting the figure that you want to have.

You are a unique individual with a mind and a will of your own.

And you have every right to be healthy and happy.

And this means being free from eating fatty,

Sugary foods and drinks.

That's right.

Even fatty foods convert to sugar in the body,

Only to be stored as fat.

You now realize that your addiction to fatty,

Sugary foods and drinks really weren't very tempting at all.

And because you know now it is not good for you,

Your decision is always to say affirm.

No,

That's right.

Your unconscious mind is learning a lot.

You are having a lot of experience inside.

As you say no whenever the presence of your old addiction of eating fatty,

Sugary foods and drinks is around,

You realize that you have a choice and you choose to say no to greasy,

Fatty,

Sugary foods and drinks.

And repeat out loud or in your mind,

I have a choice.

I choose to be free from eating fatty,

Sugary foods and drinks forever.

That's right.

You do have a choice and you choose to be free from eating fatty,

Sugary foods and drinks forever.

You are free.

The past is over.

It is a source of resources,

Of learning.

And the lessons and experiences are the choices you made in the past,

Which have brought you to where you are today.

But what you do now in this moment and every moment for it creates your tomorrow,

Your new healthy body and lifestyle.

The choices you make and actions you take create your future,

Does it not?

That's right.

And this gives you a wonderful feeling of being in control.

It is such a wonderful feeling to know that you are free from eating fatty,

Sugary food and drinks forever.

You are in control of your mind,

Your body,

Your health,

Your eating and drinking.

You are in control of what you put into your mouth and body,

Are you not?

That's right.

I invite you to project your mind into the future and imagine that a whole year has gone by and you see yourself 12 months from now and go up to this new version of you.

Free from eating fatty,

Sugary food and drinks.

And as you greet your future self,

Notice the way your future self returns your greeting.

Welcome you into this time and place.

12 months in the future.

And during that year,

You have easily and effortlessly resisted any and all of those former temptations.

Have this vision clearly in your mind and just enjoy the view as you watch yourself enjoying that fulfilled healthy life and taking in as many details as you are able to.

Now that you can see this place of complete fulfilment,

Of achieving your weight loss goal,

Notice how do you feel?

What do you look like?

What sensations do you have in your body?

What are the thoughts you are thinking?

Can you hear anything?

What are you saying?

What do you see?

What are you wearing?

How does your body move?

Taking as many new features as you find.

As you watch this new version of you.

Living a complete and fulfilled life.

Being healthy and happy.

That's right,

You are feeling completely happy and very proud of yourself.

Being in control.

Living a healthy lifestyle.

Taking this person,

Your future self.

Get a sense of this new you and as you look back over the last 12 months,

You see that although there were plenty of opportunities to go back to your old addiction and habits,

You see now that you just weren't interested.

And you remember that even if there are any temptations,

You coped easily.

Because your powerful imagination can see the vision of your future self with the goal fulfilled.

It is powerfully embedded in your unconscious mind.

And any obstacles,

Any distractions and any temptations.

You simply choose your new healthy habits of eating fresh nutritious meals and drinking plenty of water.

And this helps you succeed.

This helps you keep things in control.

These new habits are rewired in the back of your mind and the front of your mind.

And because you are smart with a mind and a will of your own,

And you always know that you can succeed in any situation.

Because you have a choice.

You are free.

I choose to be free from eating fatty,

Sugary food and drinks forever.

That's right.

You are free from eating fatty,

Sugary food and drinks forever.

And these suggestions are firmly embedded in your unconscious mind and grow stronger and stronger day by day,

Hour by hour,

Minute by minute.

Your body,

Your neurology knows the pattern of the old bad eating and because it knows when you are about to eat any of those old,

Unhealthy,

Sugary,

Fatty foods and drinks.

It also knows how to change the pattern now.

And your unconscious mind,

Which knows more than the conscious mind does,

Has the power to change the pattern right now.

So that you eat healthy,

Nutritious foods and drink plenty of water.

That's right.

You are now in control.

I have a choice.

I choose to be free from eating fatty,

Sugary food and drinks forever.

And as you relax,

Even further down into the comfort,

You go deeper into this area of your unconscious mind.

Your deep inner being,

Where all your inner wisdom resides.

And as you go deeper and deeper,

Your mind lets go of everything,

Sending you sleepier.

As you drift off into a deep,

Restful sleep,

Listening to powerful affirmations,

Rewiring your unconscious mind.

Feeling confident and completely in control.
