Meet your Teacher

Claudia-Sam is a soul connection coach who supports driven women/ non-binary/ transgender women/men with a heightened feminine energy who aren’t the happiest they can be and who deep down know that they’re here for a bigger reason. Using her Tune-In Method, she helps them confidently trust themselves to take the leap fearlessly toward their purpose. She’s a highly trained yoga teacher from over 6 countries, has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, 9 years of experience empowering humans to live their passion while working in corporate events, and has travelled around the world. She is based in Bromont in Quebec, Canada. Fun facts: - She used to hate meditation and yoga because she couldn’t “just do nothing”, until she had panic attacks and her perspective changed. - Before becoming a soul connection coach and yoga teacher, she wondered if she should take a yoga teacher training or take a professional makeup artist course! - She once body surfed at a Bon Jovi concert - and dragged her mom into it! - She lived for 60+ days in Nepal and took many cold showers from a bucket. - She once peed her pants laughing so hard in her apartment hallway because her and her friend couldn’t figure out how to unlock their new Dutch door! - Her 9-year boyfriend used to call her Ariel, because she had bright red hair (for 10 years).

Shift your thoughts from “I haven’t earned the right to care for myself yet” and “What if it doesn’t work out?” to “I am worthy of self-care” and “It’s already happening!” from the moment you wake up. Learn my version of the self-care “Bringing Sexy Back” song to associate self-care with fun energy, instead of with feelings of guilt and selfishness. Start changing harmful and pessimistic thoughts to helpful and optimistic ones, so that you can feel happy and hopeful about putting yourself first.
