Welcome.
My name is Claudia Sam.
I'm your Soul Connection Coach.
If you are experiencing physical pain,
Tension,
A stagnant energy in the body that transforms itself as an emotion that might be difficult to feel,
Or whatever whirlwind in the mind,
You are at the right place.
This meditation is to help you shift out of stagnation and into a calm and peaceful flow.
You are invited to practice the next few minutes of connection with yourself in a seated or laying down position.
And as you get yourself comfortable,
Let me explain a little bit how stagnation or pain arrives in the body.
Everything is energy.
Whether you believe that or not,
You will experience part of this today.
When physical pain resides in the body,
It creates something like a rock.
And as much as a rock is necessary to build a boulder or to block the water from flowing in a river,
As much as it stays stuck until there's an external force pushing it to the side,
Whether it's wind or a really powerful wave that shifts it and that moves it out of its original place.
But to me,
That sounds like a forceful energy.
But what if it was possible to allow the pain that is now stuck in your body to dissolve from a rock,
Type of sensation,
To an open,
Abundant,
Freeing energy?
And often when there is physical pain,
It is because there has been an emotion that has been avoided or ignored.
But there could also be environmental causes.
And we honestly don't have control over whatever is thrown at us from the external world and brought into our internal physical space.
We of course have the power to choose how to shift out of a stagnant space.
We have the power to choose our thoughts differently so that the shifting process and transformation is more peaceful and flowy.
But let's be honest,
When we are in a stagnant,
Tense,
Painful place,
We just want to feel better.
And sometimes that's the place and the moment in our lives when it is the utmost challenging to shift our thoughts.
In order to help you be able to choose different thoughts,
To choose abundance,
Openness,
Fluidity in the future,
Let's help your body feel more at ease right now.
Let's help your body recognize the accessible fluidity,
Peace and calm already within it.
Let's begin.
From a scale of 0 to 10,
10 being the most painful and the most triggered,
Where is your level of pain right now?
Thank you.
Now I invite you to let go of any expectation,
To let go of the need for a specific result out of this meditation.
And as you let that go,
You might think,
Oh,
I have so many things on my to-do list and so many things I want to do,
But my body is preventing me from actually completing the list.
Or however your mind is active right now,
Let's help it a little bit more.
I will give you 60 seconds to mentally repeat and say any worry or doubt or fear that you are experiencing right now so that they can be voiced,
Heard and seen.
Let's give you 60 seconds to let go of any expectation,
To let go of any emotion that you are experiencing right now.
Beautiful.
Now imagine that you could take all of those thoughts,
Those stories and place them in a hole inside the earth.
You are burying them so that they can be rejuvenated,
Composted.
And notice if your body can feel a little bit more peaceful now that you've released the mental heaviness.
And arrive at your breath.
Feel the in and out of the breath.
With each exhale,
Notice how your eyes are relaxing into their sockets.
How the cheeks can draw down.
How the jaw relaxes.
How the teeth separate.
And how the tongue loosens and touches the ground,
The base of the mouth.
And as you exhale,
Notice how your body relaxes more and more.
And if your mind is still busy or if the physical pain in your body is seeking a lot of your attention,
Go there just for a moment so that it can be heard and seen.
And mentally repeat after me as you feel the physical pain.
I see you.
I hear you.
I feel you.
Thank you.
I hear you.
I see you.
I feel you.
Thank you.
And as much as you might not fully be thankful right now for this pain and tension,
It's okay.
Now the exercise is to notice the most peaceful part of the body.
The polar opposite of the pain.
Which part of the body feels the most at ease,
At peace and the most relaxed right now?
Can you do the same with that part of the body as you did with the pain?
Mentally repeat after me.
I see you.
I hear you.
I feel you.
Thank you.
To that part of me that is the most calm and peaceful,
I see you.
I hear you.
I feel you.
Thank you.
And now savor the moment of focusing your awareness and energy on that part of your body that is so light and free.
And can you imagine that same fluid energy of peace,
Of lightness,
Of health,
Of freedom?
And can you imagine that it actually spreads all over your body?
From the fingertips to the wrists and elbows and shoulders,
To the neck and head,
To the toes and legs,
To the intestines and the lower abdomen,
To the middle of the body,
To the upper back and heart.
And can you let the pulsation of the heart muscle send that calm,
Peaceful,
Healthy energy all over the body again,
Piercing through the parts of the body that were in pain?
Can you use the power of the heart muscle to tell all your cells at a deep level that this sensation is accessible to you?
That you are safe?
That you are supported?
That you have the ability deep inside your being to be in positive healing energy?
Feel that now.
Beautiful.
Notice how your body is feeling now on a scale of 0 to 10.
Zero being the least triggered,
The least in pain.
Thank you.
Let's invite the energy of gratitude for this short moment that you allowed your being to experience the fullness of fluidity,
Of calm,
Peaceful and healthy energy,
Accessible already within your being.
Repeat after me.
Thank you body.
I am working towards loving you.
Thank you body.
I am working towards loving you.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
Hold the breath,
Expand the rib cage,
Relax the shoulders and exhale.
Inhale,
Inflate the belly,
The lungs,
Bring the breath up to the collarbones,
Hold the breath and exhale,
Sigh it out.
Last big breath,
Inhale,
Hold,
Expand the space between the intercostal muscles,
Relax the shoulders and exhale.
Full breath.
Feel the whole body with kindness,
Appreciation and gratitude.
You are safe,
You are supported and you are okay.
Very gently bring your hands to your heart,
Palms facing the body.
See if you can feel the heart beating inside the body.
Slow down the breath or take deeper,
Longer breaths.
So to arrive in here at this moment,
So to be more grounded and present into your body and then place both hands together and rub the palms together.
Gently separate the hands about a few inches or centimeters apart just so that you can feel that energy that I spoke about at the beginning.
That energy that whether you believe in this as a concept or as a truth,
It's so accessible within you as something always there that now you can feel it between your fingers.
It is alive,
It is present,
It is part of who you are.
You're welcome to end this meditation with me right now or to turn your palms to face the area of the body that might still be in pain so to give back some of that energy to the part of your body that needs it the most.
Thank you for practicing with me.
Thank you for honoring your body,
For taking this time to love it a little bit more.
And I hope to see you again.
Namaste.
