And notice if there's anywhere in the body that you are tense.
And let that go.
Like if you are brushing your hair,
You're energetically brushing the tension and pain off of the body.
Starting perhaps with making space between the eyebrows.
Allowing the eyes to fall back into their sockets.
Relaxing the jaw,
Separating the teeth.
Keeping the lips touching.
Even dropping the tongue at the base of the mouth.
And just notice how that feels on the face.
Make space in the throat.
Relax your shoulders and open your chest wide as your shoulder blades draw down the back.
Notice the beat of the heart.
Is it still in the fast-paced go-go-go of the day?
Or is it calm,
Natural?
If you are tucking the belly in,
Release that.
Whether you are standing,
Sitting,
Or laying down,
Allow your arms to be by your side.
And to not force or make fists or tuck your toes in,
Just really relax any other part of your body.
And become aware of the breath in and out through the nose.
That movement that is always present.
The reminder that you are alive,
That you are worthy to breathe,
That you are always receiving the oxygen,
The upliftment,
And that you are always releasing what you no longer need.
As you're breathing in and out,
I invite you to focus on your exhale.
By focusing on the exhale,
You focus on the calm energy.
The exhale reminds me of the yin,
Of the feminine energy,
The slower energy,
The restful energy.
And I want you to imagine that you are about to jump back in one of those fluffy mattresses.
Just use your imagination.
Have fun.
Play with this where you get to really imagine whatever will be the fluffiest.
Maybe it's like a cloud.
Maybe it's a bunch of animal-friendly vegan fluffy feathers.
Whatever it is,
Let that be okay.
And lean back with maybe pillows and cushions that are all so soft.
Notice how it feels in your body to lean back,
To be held,
To be supported.
Feel that in your body right now.
Feel in your body how it feels to be you in a restful leaning back energy.
There's nothing else for you to do in this meditation but to receive the words that I'm sharing with you and to feel fully supported just as you are.
You don't need to change anything about who you are.
You don't need to change anything about what you said or what you did up until this moment or what you will do later.
You are right here,
Right now.
Find a smile in your body,
On your face.
You are worthy of abundantly receiving too.
So if you've been giving so much of yourself,
If you've been comparing yourself to others that then inflicts self-doubt within who you are,
Let this moment be a reminder that you are perfect as you are.
And as I say the following affirmations,
You may repeat them mentally a few seconds after me.
And also the most important part is to feel as if each of these affirmations are already true within your body right now.
Let go of the thought that you can't do this.
Let go of the thought that it's not true and try.
I'm working towards feeling good about myself.
I am drawn to what uplifts me.
I am connected to my self-worth.
Confidence emanates from me.
I allow myself to accept that what I do and who I am is enough.
It is safe for me to receive and to give equally.
It is safe for others to be in their light.
It is safe for me to be in my light.
Today is a delightful day.
I feel good about myself.
I have unlimited choices.
Opportunities are everywhere.
I lean back with full trust that I am always supported.
I truly believe that I'm here to step into my worthiness.
I reflect this belief in my daily actions and thoughts.
I am worthy of the work that I do and more.
It's such a pleasure to be in my body and to be who I am.
I am so grateful to be here right now.
I live in a loving,
Abundant,
Harmonious universe,
And I'm grateful.
I am now willing to open up to abundance of self-worth days.

If you are able,
Inhale,
Raise your arms up above the head or visualize that happening until the palms touch,
And exhale to lower the hands in front of you until they stop at the front of the heart,
Pressing the thumbs into the sternum,
Noticing how you feel,
Noticing how the leading back and trust,
Energy,
And sensations are already available within you.
Rub the palms together,
And then place the palms over the eyes to cover the face,
Looking behind the darkness,
And fluttering the eyelids open,
Widen the fingers,
Let light come in.
You just did a self-doubt detox.
If you are doubting that you are enough,
Who are you comparing yourself to?
If you are doubting that you are enough,

What part of you thinks this?
Is it your head or your heart?
What part of you thinks this?
Who you are is not only based on your body,
On your inner critic,
On your emotions,
It's also based on the energy you're made of and on the soul that carries your body,
Your mind,
Your emotions,
And your energy through this whole human experience.
