
Choosing Hope Over Fear In Times Of Uncertainty
Feel anchored in your body, release negative and pessimistic thoughts, tender to how you are doing, feel calm using an "I am" affirmation, and allow yourself to welcome the opportunity to slow down and rise with hope in times of uncertainty instead of fear.

Welcome beautiful soul connector.
In today's meditation we will work on choosing hope and faith and love instead of fear,
Anxiety,
Worry and pressure.
We are feeling into how we want to feel and we are recognizing that we have the choice of what kinds of thoughts and emotions we bring from our reactions and into our lives.
You are the master of your own life.
No one else can control the way you feel,
The way you think and what you choose to bring into your mind or to be left out but you.
Part of our brain that is called the reticular activating system and that part of the brain is basically a filter and that filter believe it or not is controlled by you.
It's controlled your reticular activating system is controlled by you and mine is controlled by me.
It is a filter system in which you decide,
We decide what gets let in and what gets left out.
We will learn to recognize how it is that we are feeling so that we may honor our emotions as I know it might be something you're not used to doing or that you might have felt all your life like you don't deserve to feel and you might have been blocking your emotions and piling them up but the reality is if we do not face them if we do not let them come to the surface and acknowledge that they are there they will never go away.
So as soon as we acknowledge the emotions to arise then we can better choose the opposite.
We have the power to choose our emotions to choose our reactions and to choose our thoughts.
We cannot change someone else's thoughts someone else's reactions.
This is how this work is the most effective when you use it for yourself first.
By doing this kind of practice you will be a magnet for positivity you will become a magnet for abundance for choosing hope and love instead of pessimism and fear.
Whether you are laying down or seated have your palms facing up to be in a receptive mode and close your eyes.
Become aware of any tension in the body.
Just notice if there's anywhere in the body where you can allow the tension to melt away.
Releasing any expression on the face relaxing the shoulders feeling the heartbeat slow down and noticing the natural rise and fall of the belly without forcing anything.
Relaxing the arms by your side and legs feeling the support of the ground under your feet or under your body if you are laying down.
And become aware now of the breath.
Notice the inhale and the exhale.
Noticing the air as it moves in through the nose and out through the nose as we filter the air your mouth is closed your jaw is relaxed.
Inhale feeling the breath move in feel it into the walls of the nostrils maybe into the upper palate as you exhale feel the breath move.
Inhale through the nose exhale through the nose.
Inhale for three exhale for three to begin.
Inhale for three.
Now exhale for four three two one.
Inhale for three.
Exhale for four three two one.
And just keep breathing normally.
And bring your awareness to the forehead to the mid-eyebrow center.
If you can visualize that you are doing this right now as you open a door on the third eye and seeing all the negative any thoughts that don't serve you that you know you have in there right now let them out.
And see your body relax and anchor more into the presence of the now as you do that in the presence of yourself.
How are you?
How are you?
Feel into the answer to that question into your heart space.
How are you?
How are you feeling physically?
Is there anything showing up for you?
How are you feeling mentally?
What were you able to evacuate or what is still there?
No judgment necessary just awareness.
How are you feeling emotionally?
Is there somewhere in the body where you can feel that emotion?
How are you feeling spiritually?
Do you feel connected to a higher force?
Something greater than you?
Just feeling into the how are you and how it makes you feel without judging yourself without wanting anything to be different than allowing what is to be.
Now I would love for you to recognize that this emotion that you might be feeling if it is rather negative rather fearful or worrisome or anxious or pressure-based.
Is that what it is?
Are you feeling are your emotions in that end of the spectrum?
Feel it if not feel anything that might be worrisome and pressure full and fearful and sad and depressing.
I want you to feel that.
I know it might not be so fun but just please feel it right now.
And now I invite you to feel the opposite to feel open-hearted to feel happy to feel positive and optimistic to feel like the world is filled with possibility like the world is filled with positive opportunity to grow and to love.
Feel into any emotion that allows you to feel whole and complete right here right now.
Notice how you were able to shift your awareness just by listening to my voice.
You were able to shift your focus from feeling any emotion you were feeling before to all the other ones I described.
It is in your power to choose the opposite and if you were feeling in reality at that other end of the spectrum in a more negative pessimistic low vibe energy it's okay.
We're not wanting to make it disappear or ignore it.
We want to shift the energy.
We want to live through it.
Therefore the reason why I asked you how are you first?
Recognizing how you are feeling and find the ability within yourself to choose the opposite whatever that might be.
Choose it now.
Feel into it right now.
We're not only thinking about the word that we want to bring to the forefront of our awareness.
We want to feel it.
When we feel it we send a message to ourselves.
We send a message to our whole body and to the universe saying this is how I want to feel because this is how I am feeling right now.
It is possible.
I believe in it.
This is you choosing hope instead of fear.
This is you choosing a powerful inner confidence instead of the unknown.
This is you choosing to see this isolation uncertainty and global pandemic into an opportunity for growth.
An opportunity to gather with your hearts.
To gather with your heart.
To gather in the presence of who you are wholly.
Very gently come back to being aware of your breath.
Releasing any any pressure on your shoulders.
Any tightness.
Remember that you are safe and supported and that everything is already okay.
Feel into the breath.
Forcefully inhale for three.
Repeating mentally I am.
Exhale for four.
Repeating mentally calm.
Two more.
Inhale I am.
Exhale calm.
Last time at your own pace.
Beautiful.
Beautiful.
Very gently find a smile on your face and a smile at your heart.
Slowly lifting the hands and bringing the hands closer together but not to touch just yet.
Feeling the energy between the palms of your hands.
Like a push-and-pull sensation.
And then bring the tips of the fingers together.
And then close the palms.
And place the hands over your eyes.
Staring out into the darkness.
Recognizing if there are any shapes,
Colors,
Textures,
Light behind the darkness.
And very slowly feeling the tingling sensation of the energy that's circulating in your body into the hands.
Onto your face and very gently slowly.
Flutter the eyelids open and let light come in.
If you are laying down you may roll to the left side to protect your heart.
Slowly come to seated.

I am so excited for where you are on this self-care journey.
I know that it's not easy to stop from doing all the activities that we are used to doing.
I know it's not easy to stop and care for ourselves because I know that for your whole life you've been so used to caring for everyone else.
For wanting things to be perfect.
For wanting everything to be done right.
I know I'm like that too.
But I also value how important self-care is.
You've heard this before.
Put on your own mask first.
This is what it's about.
I'm here to support you through this.
I am here for you.
May this day be graceful and easy.
Remembering that this state of peace and calmness you can always come back to because you have it in you.

Wow!❤️🙏😭🙂🇨🇦 First, yes the music was not fitting & it distracted. Second and most important: you are so genuine! Or at least your way of talking was really speaking to me. I come with a heavy heart and I fight to feel those feelings of defeat, anxiety, worry, sadness for this pandemic. I really feel it today and I just want to cry! 😭 It's uncomfortable and yes you said please feel it, and I did and I'm still sad and I'm exhausted. But tomorrow is another day. Thank you for making/allowing me to feel. I will definitely try another of your meditations 🙏🇨🇦❤️
